This stay is literally heaven! We had our private pool and the bungalow was just perfect. We had our meals delivered right outside our room and there’s also the possibility to get massage. The cherry on top is the staff: they were just amazing, always welcoming and helpful. The lady at the reception has been impeccable. Beyond happy to have stayed in Angkor Heart Bungalow!

We stayed at the private bungalows of this property. When we read so many great comments we thought that could be some exaggeration but in fact we were completely overwhelmed by the quality of this place. The room was so good, extremely clean and comfortable, the private pool a huge add and we could have a swim at night. The staff was amazing, especially Minea, always with a smile and always giving some food when we arrive. Breakfast also very nice at the balcony of the bungalow. We also did the tours to Angkor by tuk tuk with them and can really recommend Mr. Chan as a driver and the prices were really fair. Then there’s also really nice add-ons like the free tuk tuk ride to the center of the city, the free bottled water, the free pick up from the airport and even a surprise gift when we left.

Our stay at Angkor Heart Bungalow in Siem Reap was absolutely delightful. The property is a little oasis in the middle of Siam Reap, surrounded by lush gardens and relaxing pools — perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the temples. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What truly sets this place apart is the warm hospitality of the staff, who went out of their way to make us feel at home and help with anything we needed, from transport to local recommendations. A charming and welcoming place we would happily return to. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing.

Family of four with 11/14 years olds kids. We stayed in bungalows with private pool, a great option for relaxing after seeing the temples. The staff was exceptional, the rooms very clean, the breakfast (5$ each) super tasty, they cuddled us in every possible way with complementary food and beverages. They have a bunch of extra services (massages and laundry) offer a free airport pick up (which would be 35$ with a standard driver) and also organize tours of the temples for reasonable prices. The place is a bit off the city center but less than 10 minutes via Tuc tuc. Overall a great choice given the price paid, we recommend it warmly.

Fabolous place with super welcoming staff. This is the best place we stayed in our 3-week trip. They took great care of us. They organized all our excursions, received us with a plate of fresh fruit or cookies when we were back from the daily excursions and offered a free tuk tuk to go to Pub Street in the night. The breakfast is huge and yummy. They even gave us a present when we left. We only stayed 4 nights but will definitely come back here on our next trip to Siem Reap!

Everything was perfect! The manager of the private bungalows is super nice and she helped us with everything. The food was amazing, the fruit always super fresh. The customer service is impeccable, with attention to detail: trasfer from the airport is free as well as tuk tuks to pub street. Highly recommend!! Would return 100%.

We staid for 4 nights in the bungalows for a family trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. The bungalows offer a great feeling of being in a hotel and at home. They are decorated with authenticity and care. There are two large pools which allow for space for each bungalow. The trip organised via the hotel was very well prepared- water, takeaway breakfast for sunrise tour,… We required a French speaking guide to visit Angkor Wat it was easily taken care of. As well we hired a very friendly driver via the hotel. Rooms were tidied daily with snacks upon our return. Tuk tuk to center transport took 5min. Pick up at the airport was organised by the hotel as well. All in all a lovely experience. For our kids definitely the finest. We do hope to come back as we felt treated as valued guests in a warm and hospitable manner in a beatiful setting. Staff was friendly, helpful (manager always found solutions and seemed to get things done effortlessly) and very attentive to our needs. There is a slight bit of noise from the road but not late and no issue for us at all.

Great spot to stay. We had a bungalow with a private pool and it was amazing. Not too far out of town, right across the road from the circus. Each night from 5-9 they had a free tuk tuk service into pub street. Breakfast was included and each day at some point in the afternoon they brought up fresh fruit or cake.

Hospitality is invented here: fresh fruit by arrival everyday and free transport to the town in the early evening. Large room and large bathroom. Terrace where delicious breakfast ( cambodian and western options) is served

The bungalows were very clean and spacious. The bathroom was very large with a nice hot shower. The beds were firm but very comfortable. Outside our bungalow was a lovely pool with lounge chairs. Breakfast was delicious with several choices.The staff went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations.

We stayed in a bungalow with a private pool. There are six such bungalows which are located on their own site (with a separate small reception) a couple of hundred metres down the road from the main hotel site. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was large for the three of us and the bathroom also very spacious. Our bungalow had a lovely garden with lots of bird song and the pool was a good temperature and regularly kept clear of leaves by the staff. Everything was clean. We conveniently booked our drivers for Angkor and trips around Siem Reap through the hotel. Tuk tuks to town are available for free from the hotel too - takes maybe 10 minutes for them to come. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Super welcoming, service excellent, facility very nice and comfortable. Location far from busy noisy pub street which create a relaxing stay. Attention to details was amazing: pick up from airport, late check out, fruits platter daily, free tuk tuk in town every evening… drivers are so nice also. Breakfast / lunch delicious and very accessible.
