United KingdomThis is just an observation not a criticism but breakfast was quite limited and when food or drinks ran out they were not replenished very quickly. It was about a 10 minute walk or a $2 tuk tuk ride. For the price that you pay it's still very good value for money.
The rooms were all very clean. The pool was a lovely temperature. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.

ItalyThe location was great (walking distance from the city center, but in a quite area), the staff was extremely kind and helpful, the rooms was very big and cleaned up every day. Breakast was very good. The pool is kept clean and it is fairly big (extra towels are offered). Overall, this hotel is definitely recommended.

ArgentinaThis is constructive criticism. The nights I stayed the weather was pleasant. I would have liked to be able to open a window or door to let fresh air in, but there was no mosquito net and there were mosquitoes so we had to sleep with everything closed without natural ventilation.
The hotel is very well located. Away from the center so you avoid the hustle and bustle but close at the same time. To highlight the cleanliness, the facilities, the patio, the swimming pool, the spacious and bright rooms. The staff is also very attentive. The breakfast is nice. Nice balcony

AustraliaOne of the beds was quite comfortable, while the other was a bit on the hard side. That would be the only negative of staying here.
Landing Gold had lovely staff who were always ready to help out as best they good. The breakfast was very nice, and the pool was great to have upon returning to the hotel on a hot day. Also, the view from the balcony was really nice, with greenery everywhere, bringing welcome shade and relaxing vista. In a very important plus for this hotel, the soundproofing was great! We could only hear the people above when they dragged chairs across the floor. No other external noises made it into the room.
