Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RussiaThe hotel is overall old, unclean and a bit shabby. It's obvious when you look at towels with stains and holes, dirty walls with killed insects by previous customers, dust on walls and curtains. Breakfasts also didn't come up to our expectations: coffee machines were dirty and coffee was bland, even espresso; pastry tasted as if it was not freshly made and pieces of frosen mango were just a shame.
The location is quite good. We were able to reach all seightseeing points on foot. The size of the room is huge in comparison to hotel rooms in Japan. There is a table and a wardrobe, and there is enough space to unpack the luggage. We had an upper floor and the the window overlooked the crossroads which was fascinating to watch in the morning and at night.

ThailandNo shopping mall around here.
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me with my late check-out request and also provided me with additional snacks and drinks to welcome me. In particular, the staff member named Joy provided very good service. The hotel is very easily accessible by car, bus and subway. From the front of the hotel, you can walk down to the train station directly.

MalaysiaOur aircond couldn't be adjusted from inside the room so every time the temperature got too hot we had to call concierge to adjust from their end. Might just be our remote in our room, hopefully they would have fixed it.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect, close to subway but not too central that its too busy especially at night. Close to a lot of popular attractions. The hotel bar seems very popular with the locals, always busy. Great vibe all around. Near a medical center and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around. Bed and shower are great, love the smart toilets.

AustraliaThe room was very small, with nowhere to put your luggage. Only a very small table and a tiny night block to put things on. There were 3 of us in the room, and it was very cramped. The family room was smaller than the single room we previously stayed in at Shilla Stay Guro.
Has train station right out the front with many convenience stores close by. The room is nice and clean and the staff are very friendly.

United StatesThe restaurant was too quick to collect all your silverware, plates, coffee, everything while you leave the table for a second serving. I will suggest coming back after the guest is back and ask what to remove OR only remove the plate and totally empty cups/glasses, put silverware on a fresh napkin but don't remove. There nuisance caused by them is costing me lots of time when come back to an empty table and have to replace all the missing things.
Breakfast is quite good but most offerings are carbohydrates and needs a couple of more filling healthier protein. Hotel is right above entrance to the subway station. However, for getting to the Seoul Station, it needs a change of train therefore challenging to use.

South AfricaThe room was smaller than what it looked like in the pictures and a microwave would have been really helpful. There weren't many facilities to explore but the stay was good enough for relaxing after a day of exploring.
There was a good spread at the breakfast. The location was amazing right in front of the subway station which was incredibly convenient.

AustraliaThe only drawback was the single bed, which felt too small—taller guests like me might feel like a dwarf in a Snow White story!
This hotel’s location is unbeatable—right in front of Seodaemun Metro Station and just a short taxi ride from Seoul Station, making transportation effortless. Surrounded by plenty of eateries and shopping options, it’s a great base for exploring the city. The compact room featured thoughtful touches like a bidet and soft guest slippers, adding to the comfort.

PolandCooks at the breakfast didn't speak english which caused some misunderstanding. Despite claiming being eco friendly, the reality was that the slippers and towels were changed everyday even when we asked not to. Cramped room. During the night, it can be a bit noisy.
Great location (just next to the metro station), excellent breakfast with loads of variety. Reasonable gym, enough for a short session. Nice design.
