Staff were exceptionally good and nice. We were greeted with coconut water and cold towel on arrival. Breakfast was stunning. Staff helped us arrange onwards travel by tuk tuk. They allowed left luggage. Best shower we experienced across 6 different hotels in Sri Lanka. Spotlessly clean. Rooms with views had amazing views (hotel is nestled on a big hill). Biggest compliment we can give is that we couldn't stay for longer!

Beautiful view over kandy, quiet, 2km from centre. Clean, massive room, huge bed, staff were kind and helpful.

As others have mentioned, there was quite a lot of mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. We had a tuk tuk so could get to and from the property however it is up a very steep hill and quite far from town so it would be quite a trek if you were walking.

The host was lovely and very accommodating, the breakfast was huge and very tasty. The view was amazing.

It was a slightly confusing set up when we got there, I think we were the only guests and we had to find the young man running it to explain to us how things worked, i.e where to go for breakfast and that there is no front door key but they will let you in at anytime night or day, but once we understood everything was great and the staff really were lovely

Beautiful spacious room with balcony and large bathroom, breakfast was lovely, different every day, served by the lovely young man who worked there and a different fruity smoothie each morning which I loved.

Wifi was not avaiable for a whole day.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Our room was very spacious with a comfy bed, working AC and a good shower. The best feature was the great view from the balcony over the city. The B&B is on top of a steep hill, but aTukTuk can get you to and from the city and railway station in no time. Breakfast was also very good. We ordered dinner for one evening that was quite good but compared to other places a little bit more expensive. Staff was unobtrusive and helpful for transport to the train station.

Hotel is located on a very steep hill and could be a bit challenging to walk up from the city, but we discovered in our second night that there are stairs to the hotel from the main road, which is a nice shortcut.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. We liked the view, breakfast experience and the staff was very friendly and helpful to us. Considering the price, we were more than satisfied.

We had great three nights in this beautiful bed and breakfast. The house is beautiful with an amazing view over Kandy lake, the rooms are really big and nicely furnished and the bathroom had the best shower so far I had in Sri Lanka. The breakfast was so tasty and plenty. The staff was sooo nice and welcoming and looked after us while we had to fight against a fever and cold. They made us even hot water with lemon leaves for inhalation. We can recommend this place with our whole heart. U will enjoy every minute being here.

The bathrooms didn't have a plug point to operate the hair dryer. There were multiple plugs in bedroom that didn't work sometimes.

Breakfast was excellent. The cook was excellent in meeting all the requests. Sri Lankan breakfast had hoppers, milk rice and fish with a delicious sambol. Dinner was equally good. Staff was attentive to all our needs. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beautiful views from the balconies. Beautifully furnished living area.
