-older and worn out facilities that makes the price of the hotel too expensive -flies all over the buffet food

Sporadic WiFi

The room was great, large, spacious. The pools are nice. The beach has great umbrellas to use. The only issue we has was the slope of the beach right by the water was causing the waves to crush and create an under-pulling. Not a good sensation, people need to be careful not to be pulled in with the strong current.

The elevator broke and was under maintanence while we were there and it was super inconvenient with a baby and stroller and on the day we were leaving with huge luggage down the stairs… it also took 3 hours for them to give us our room at check in and it felt like we wasted a whole day (they gave us a drink in in compensation but that’s not worth the wasted precious time)

The cleaning staff was so kind and helpful! check out was easy. Uber rides close to major landmarks.

The all inclusive food and drink was cafeteria style and tasted the same each day. A little run down looking in some areas. Pools a little cold

The fitness center was closed as they are doing renovations in different areas of the hotel. However we could use the gym in the hotel next door as they are from the same chain. The first room didn't provide enough towels and in both we didn't leave new shampoo, soap or conditioner, they didn't take dirty cups either and didn't broomed the floor on my second night. The sales people who are trying to buy a sort of membership harrassed us every day trying to make us go to this informative breakfast. Even when I declined every time to the same person explaining again and again that I was not interested and I just wanted to enjoy my holiday with my mom. Food and drinks (except for the breakast) are not worth the all inclusive price.

The staff was super friendly and supportive on helping you or answer questions. They also changed us to another room in a higher floor to better enjoy the view. The location is very central and the beach is clean and good. The breakfast was good with good variety of dishes and drinks. Even when the gym was closed, we were able to use the gym at the hotel next door.

Many restaurants at the resort were not open during my stay (which was not known prior to arrival). Limited food options, food was very similar each day. Lots of construction and renovations taking place during stay.

There is significant construction on the property. Didn't make much difference in our day but impacted the general feel of the resort.

All staff were very helpful. America on the front desk was exceptional to work with . Fun to talk to and kind. Nice beach. Nice clean room with a great bed. We would go back as it was very relaxed experience. We did extend our time there. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Bus close and uber got us where we needed to go.

The food was not the best in flavor, but for the price and buffet style it was ok. Long lines for drinks.

This hotel did not take the local currency. Only card or the all inclusive bands. The nights I stayed I was not able to consume anything while in the property. They are also in the middle on construction so you hear alot of noise.

The climate control did not work, room was up to the point on being cold and not comfortable. Wi-Fi failed around one afternoon for about 5 hr and employee did have answer to it. The was not a hair dryer You can not ask charges for services to your room like laundry. No much variety on menu during breakfast and lunch Far from town

All the building was excellent, the swimming pool very clean. and beach very acceptable. The Room is spacious and great view to beach Almost there is not noise even though there was a lot of people on this season.

The check-in and check-out process took a while. It took over 45 mins of standing in line to get a room key and I had a similar experience checking out. There was no express key drop, I had to wait in line to leave.

The location was nice and the property had pools and decent restaurants. It was perfect for a one night stay.

Pool bar does not accept cash except for tips of course. Being lied to by staff on checkout, was told I had a charge of 300mx on missing wrist band. I had to go and get mine out of the rubbish. Obviously no change as I only returned 1 of 2

We were close to a high rise construction zone which was noisy during the day but we weren't in the room much in the day.

Bed and linens were good. Location on the beach was great. Nights were silent on the 26th floor
