It’s a shame there’s no breakfast. Didn’t like that there was no night staff- feels a bit insecure.

The location is perfect- fabulous district, few tourists!!! Right near a beautiful park, lovely cafès. Town centre easily reached by tram or even on foot.

We knew breakfast wasn't included in our rate but assumed it would be available to buy at the hotel if needed. It wasn't. Tea and coffee station in each room but you are only provided with paper cups for this and they're really not fit for purpose.

Very good location. Short 15 minute walk to the Paridiso venue where we had tickets to a concert. Great value for money and polite, friendly staff.

The reception was hard to get a hold on by phone and I haven´t seen anybody either as I was out early and in late.

It´s a beautiful neighbourhood. And the room is okay and very clean.

The building is fabulous, typical of Amsterdam, in a very clean neighborhood. The room was bright and spacious. The location is wonderful, between the Vondelpark and the Concertgebouw. We have been to this hotel several times and will go again.

Bathroom can be more clean but that's ok. Not disturbing. If you want to hang out near the dam, central station it is far. You have to get the tram ticket

Room was clean, every day that we stay they keep it clean. Staff were very nice and polite. The streets of hotel were really great. This is a very elite location of amsterdam. Out of chaos :) also next to the vondelpark

We had a room in the basement which felt a bit cramped and the room smelled swampy.

The only thing I would prefer is a slight my earlier check in time and later check out time, but that’s just personal preference so not really a complaint.

Great location right next to Vondelpark and only 10/15mins on the tram to the centre. This meant it was quiet enough to sleep well whilst still being scenic, and was cheaper than hotels closer to the centre. The room was spacious with a great bed, clean and modern bathroom, and three windows giving a nice view of the street. The staff were really friendly, and we even got a cleaning service despite only staying for two days. Thanks for a fab stay!!

The room had seen better days. Sometimes the toilet flusher would get stuck and I would have to press it again. The pipes could be quite noisy too - not so much to disrupt sleep, but very noticeable.

Excellent, quiet location near everything important. Wonderful, friendly receptionist who introduced me to the area and provided restaurant recommendations. Good bed.

The building is older so it’s not surprising that the windows aren’t very sound-proof. I recommend bringing earplugs, though even with them I heard early morning motorcycles and conversations on the street that made it hard to sleep.

Location was a 5 min walk from the tram and a 397 bus that we took straight from the airport. It’s very close to the museums and the vondelpark which is a nice way to start the day. Allowed us to store our luggage for 5euros on our day of check out so we could explore some last spots of the city that were on our list. Room was clean.

Would have liked to have a cot available. And maybe a ramp on the entrance to the hotel to make it easier for those travelling with a stroller.

Room was generous for Amsterdam standards. I've stayed in the city centre many times before and after staying in this area I felt like I wasnt missing out on much. Nice neighbourhood. Good for families. Close to really good cafes + public transport. Lovely staff. Elevator available on property which isnt common here.

Small rooms for the value, but we weren’t really sure what to expect being this was our first visit to Amsterdam. Very little extra space within the room apart from the bed. No privacy placards.

The check in process was smooth and we got detailed instructions sent to us on our arrival day. The surrounding neighborhood was a great place to explore and eat at restaurants there. The bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious and there was plenty of hot water. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our time here!

The double bed was just two single beds put together - it wasn’t very comfortable for a couple. Our room seeemed to have very poor sound isolation - we could hear our neighbours talking, banging doors and moving suitcases in the middle of the night a few times.

The location was amazing, we could walk almost everywhere. We also enjoyed beautiful window light in the morning in our room because of the large windows. The room was small but cozy and just enough space for a couple. Overall the hotel was a very good value for money!
