We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesWe love it!! This place is the best, I have stayed here twice. I’m obsessed with the Penthouse- just love the view and the nook where the bed is. Very charming place. Despite being in the action/great location- the rooms are so quiet at night, even on weekends. And for the Americans- the AC in there is super.

United StatesIt was quite noisy in the room due to the tram, street noise and birds. The shower knobs were a bit touchy to find the perfect temperature.
Location was convenient and the property is very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not have time to enjoy the breakfast but the facilities were very cool. Room was clean and spacious with a great view and the bed was comfortable.

AustriaThe location is ideal and centrally located. The staff was extremely warm, helpful and friendly - as well as humorous. Made for a nice stay. Breakfast is bangers: fresh-squeezed orange juice, fresh egg dishes, endless coffee/cappuccino, etc., super cozy restaurant space and all very clean. Booked the room with a view of the canal - well worth the money: water dappling in the sun, boats driving by. Total vibe. The bed was so soft and big. Fridge in the room. The bathroom was the only real let down: tiles are cracked, the tub had those yucky anti-slip strips. Begs for an update but it was very clean. Lots of new, fluffy towels which they replaced the next day when they cleaned the room. There is a parking spot for loading and unloading the car in front. The entryway is very chic and the trimmings in the room are new and stylish. Would totally recommend and go again.
