It was a bit expensive, but I could've gone for a cheaper option of course. The room was a bit small and didn't really have a bathroom, just a shower and a toilet with some kind of room dividing thing.

I really liked the interior design of the hotel, both the rooms and the communal areas. The breakfast I had in my room was also excellent.

This was my second time staying at Park Centraal. I find the location very convenient and the shopping is great. The hotel is very nice, kind staff and the restaurant Momo has very good food at night. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately there was no in room service, even though it highlights this on both their website and internal room / hotel directory. Momo restaurant is attached to the hotel, very high end Asian fusion food, which is delicious, but given the type of travel I was doing, I did feel very under dressed for this restaurant. Hotel would benefit from having not only in room service, but also a second restaurant onsite that travellers could attend when dressed very casually and have one night with food that is very healthy, yet mid priced, then another night with very healthy, high end priced food / dinner. Not everyone wants rich, high end food every night when travelling .. variety is usually much better.

Room was lovely, private and secure, with a very comfortable bed. Well appointed, clean and modern bathroom. Friendly customer service, especially when I was not as happy about the lack of in room service, as per their website. I would definitely stay here again, as it’s also in such a great location and the professional customer service won me over. Thank you for making my visit a very memorable stay!

Room was very large with high ceilings and great light from the windows. We really liked the more modern decor. All the attendants at check in were great. Loved the offer of a welcome drink which included juices, water, beer, wine. We felt like it was a perfect location being on a canal in the city center and steps away from the museums and shopping.

Cars going by honking their horns all night. While this is not the hotels fault, the rooms are certainly not soundproof and outside noise was easily heard. Also our room had a door to what looked like a balcony but it only opened about 4 inches.

The location was amazing! Super comfy beds, room decor was nice and room was refreshed daily upon request.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be enhanced, as we were able to clearly hear water sounds and coughing from the other rooms. Additionally, the cleanliness could be improved, particularly on the window frame where we noticed some dust and dead bugs. Lastly, our room was on the first floor and faced the windows of other private residences, which was a bit weird.

The location is great, nearby canal and tram station. The staff are friendly.

In the room we had, the shower experience was horrible. The added a curtain to this corner shower that made the stall way too small, and constantly came and stuck to you... making the whole experience a but claustrophobic.

The hotel is right next to the museum district and a whole bunch of restaurants and shops. Everything is easily walkable and accessible. The room was comfy, the staff helped us where they could, and it was nice and quiet.

While I was booking through Booking.com, I was under impression that this is the full payment. But once I reach the hotel and read the details of Booking.com, I was surprised that I have to pay 12.5% tourist tax extra. I would request you all to be frankly clear about all extra charges. You can very well clearly mention under the overall estimate, that this is what extra we need to pay Tourist tax was not charged for any other hotel during our stay and if it is being charged at and your company Booking.com is based at Amsterdam. Please be fair with travellers and mention it very clearly that this is going to be charged at the rate of 12.5%

Location, location and location. It is right at the heart of everything for tourist. Breakfast spread and quality is amazing. Special mention of Mr Asif who went out of the way and served us some delicious Indian chai and rice Whole staff in Restaurant was very very cooperative
