The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff could have been friendlier for checkout and the second day of our stay. The man who checked us in was great. The bins being wheeled around at 6:30am every morning.

The comfortable and spacious room, the location behind the Bryggen, the Bluetooth speakers, the shower, the breakfasts were incredible with a massive range and the coffee machines were a nice touch.

Only teeny issue would be good to have some drawers for better storage however if we were back in Bergen we would stay here again

Stayed with my husband for 4 days to explore Bergen, we paid a little extra to get a superior double room and the room was perfect, huge bathroom with a lovely bath and shower, beautiful views from the hotel window, lovely size bedroom with a very comfortable bed! Was nice to have a coffee machine and water etc, short distance to Bryggen which has lovely shops and restaurants. about 15 mins walk to the light rail from the airport also.

What a treat to have a "light" dinner served the night we arrived. In the morning we were treated to an incredible breakfast feast! Staff was friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful when i asked questions about how to get a taxi. The hotel is very close to the train station and the street Karl Johans gate wich i appreciated a lot. The hotel is very close to nice places to visit.

Location was great, right next to Bryggen and the waterfront and close to the funicular. Breakfast was amazing. We were also given a complimentary light meal on our first night. This was a buffet salad type thing.

Don’t have a heated bathroom floor like the one in Oslo.

Clean, great location, comfortable & great staff. As a bonus they also had a light dinner every evening I was there - 2 meals a day 😎

Nowhere to unpack clothes except if hanging them up. Drawers would be nice to put underwear away etc.

Breakfasts are fabulous and evening light snacks included in the stay were a bonus and lovely. Situated in a very convenient part of the city close to Bryggen

Some of the staff were a bit curt and didn't answer questions properly but overall it's a great place to stay in Bergen close to the Bryggen.

Our room was the biggest room I’ve stayed in anywhere in Europe, and it was very comfortable. Great location & very walkable to everything Bergen has to offer. The breakfast was fabulous & gave us a great start everyday. Highly recommend this hotel.

Bring your own toiletries- nothing but hand soap and shower gel dispensers. (Single) beds quite narrow, albeit comfy.

One of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever come across. Nice clean room, decent shower. Perfect location for Bergen tourism - next to harbour for fjord cruises, funicular, shops and great restaurants. Also very close to bus stop for airport shuttle. 24 hour check-in handy when arriving on late flight.

This hotel did exceed my expectations. Fabulous location, sparkling clean, good breakfast, friendly and professional staff, nice room provided with kettle, tea and coffee, free in the lobby and available for customers. It is a very good 4* Hotel with Norwegian high standards and deserves a higher score in booking. com.
