Bathrooms /showers not always on the same level as the room. But not so bad

Bathrooms are great, but would benefit from a hook and shelf so that there is somewhere to put your towel and belongings while showering. Currently, construction is happening at early and late hours next to the hostel, so be advised of the noise. It is beyond the hostel's control, so completely understandable. Kathmandu is also a busy city so some noise is to be expected anywhere. Rooms can get a bit hot and the one room fan is necessary and also helpful to cover the outside and inside noise, like barking dogs, motorbikes, snoring, etc. Small individual bed fans would be even better so there is no disagreement among people in the rooms about whether the one fan should be on or off.

The staff is great! They are friendly and helpful. Facilities are very clean. The garden and rooftop are excellent places to spend time relaxing or tending to business. The only food I had from the on-site restaurant was the Nepali breakfast, but it was excellent. Bathrooms are located outside the dorm rooms, which is always good. They were never completely full and always were stocked with fresh toilet paper. Toilets and showers are separate which is also very nice. The hostel location is in Thamel if you want access to tourist amenities and trekking shops. There is free drinking water available which makes a big difference for me. Great hostel and good value. I intend to return.

Super comfortable and clean, great outdoor shared space downstairs. We loved it, and returned a few times. If you have to work remotely in Kathmandu, this is the place to do it! Bathrooms were also the cleanest I experienced in KTM.

This hostel was fabulous! Location couldn’t have been any better and they offer a pick up service from the airport. The place was clean and the garden restaurant area was gorgeous. Super chilled and serene. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything great. There is nothing to talk about. There is a restaurant within the hostel area and they cook tasty food so you need to try for sure. Also the staff is amazing. I cannot rate the breakfast because of my early leaving. Maybe next time.

The only thing that could be improved is storage for backpacks - there are lockers but they are too small to fit the whole bag, so the floorspace is just a pile of bags. Minor complaint.

This is one of my favourite hostels I've ever stayed at. The staff are awesome, so friendly and helpful. The garden is so chill, a great haven from the madness of Thamel. And the facilities have everything you need. Highly recommend this place.

The toilets and showers are depending on your room 2 a view floors up and kinda outside which made going to the toilet at night a bit uncomfortable but nothing too crazy.

Had two different rooms which where both very nice (the one a bit more expensive was of course a bit nicer). The restaurant area is beautiful but it’s not too crazy social. The staff is very helpful and it’s a good place to escape the load city.

Everything was perfect

-walking distance to the bus stop to Pokhara -super friendly staff that can help you arrange anything: bus tickets, trekking, sightseeing in the city, airport pick up and drop off -very clean and comfortable -great location in Thamel near all the shops and restaurants -there is a restaurant on site that has very good food, so if you are tired you don’t even have to leave the hostel to get food!

One of my favorites of hostels I’ve stayed in. I feel so comfortable and at home in this place. And will be coming back when I’m next in Kathmandu. Their facilities were beyond what I expected: a hot shower with GREAT pressure, clean toilets, super comfortable and warm beds, great WiFi service, super friendly and helpful staff, amazing food at the restaurant downstairs, and a generally homely and safe place in a great location within Thamel.

There was no curtain in the toilet and neighbors could see me taking a shower, I suggest to get one to respect the guests privacy. Also, shower water was leaking a bit in the room and if you leave it like this it will become mold which is unpleasant

Very well located, and I really enjoyed chilling in the garden. Staff is very welcoming and it is a great place to start your trip from. Also I made a few friends from other guests staying here, so I highly recommend recommend to solo travellers
