The neighbourhood is quite isolated and currently under construction. It will cost you S/15 to get into town. If you have a garden view, the view is actually overlooking the road and quite noisy with the cars and the dogs.

The hotel is nice, the staff really kind and the food for breakfast and dinner good. The pier view is beautiful!

The hotel is in a wonderful location with a fantastic view of Lake Titicaca. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and had very comfortable beds. The staff was amazing—friendly and always ready to help. There’s also a spa if you feel like relaxing. Both the breakfast and the restaurant were excellent. This was a great experience for us, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed just one night, but the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming –even upgraded our rooms for free. The rooms were welcoming, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. A perfect stopover for a short, pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Stayed as a transit between Lake Titicaca and flying off from Juliaca back to Lima. A comfortable room with balcony facing Lake Titicaca. Good hot water supply for showers. Lovely staff who are ready to help for all your needs with recommendations of things to do around Puno, booking taxis into Puno (costs 15 soles each way) and to the airport etc. Good selection for breakfast, classic Peruvian dinner menu.

The food was okay—not bad or good, just okay. I ordered mashed potatoes to try the potatoes from the region, but the dish was watery and a bit bland.

The hotel has fantastic lake views and a friendly and attentive staff. Its spa service allows you to relax and forget about the altitude, and its restaurant has a happy hour to make your stay more enjoyable.

The hotel is a good distance from town and there is nothing nearby. I wouldn't feel too safe walking around in that area at night plus there are no sidewalks, You can get a taxi into town for a reasonable price and the hotel staff would call them for us but I always like being in an area where I can walk around

This was a nice property. We never had a meal other than the included breakfast in the dining room but it was good. They seemed to have a good variety and had eggs made to order. Nice coffee machine that dispensed several options for your morning coffee. You will want a room facing the lake. There are no views on the street side and rather noisy. I had to open the door/window to cool it down and a dog was barking most of the night keeping me awake. The staff was very helpful in getting me another room on the lake side after my first night which was nice and quiet.

A wonderful pristine lakefront location away from town — just a short taxi ride away. Small scale retreat-like property with a very nice staff with well cared for grounds. Breakfast was very nice. Good value.

Great location, lovely views, super friendly staff. Restaurant is downstairs and our meals were excellent. Room and bathroom have all the necessary amenities. Heater above the bed was interesting. Staff also helped organize a last minute tour and offered oxygen to my partner who needed it, 5 mins helped a lot.
