The bed cover was dirty but there was about 4 of these due to it being cold so we just took it off.

There are a lot of openings in the windows and around the building, so it was super cold , there is a heater but a small one that can only heat next to it.

- The bathroom is so thin and I can hear every matter inside lol . - They didn't clean the room and toilet everyday. - This building is behind another building . It won't get the sun much . (Only a little part in the morning..so, it quite cold during the day. Even though I feel too lazy to go out, I have too because it was so cold inside the room .

I booked 4 beds female dorm room but I arrived there super early in the morning (5.30 am) and the beds were not available .  The owner was so kind , He offered me the 8 beds dorm instead so, I could sleep and take a rest first .( However,  if I pick this room, I can't change anymore ) . Also when I checked out , he allowed me to leave stuffs in the room , keep the keys and hanging around the hostel until my bus came . which is 9 pm at night!. Even I stayed in 8 beds dorm room but the room is spacious. The bed is super comfy . It came with 1 bedsheet and 3 thick blankets. I have really good sleep here. There are sofas , tables, lockers,  heater,  Tv and kitchen inside the room (but you can't cook here because of the smell ). Breakfast was simple . Only unlimited bread , jam, butter, tea and coffee. The location was ok 2-3 blocks to main square and 650 meters to Mirador.

The bathroom was on the small side, but was livable. The private room was next to the breakfast area so we could hear loud guests early in the morning (6:30). But that can't really be controlled and usually didn't last long.

The host was very friendly and accommodating, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to the main square and food spots. The breakfast was simple but delicious, it consisted of bread, butter, jam and a selection of teas and coffee. The breakfast was early so you could eat before doing early morning tours. We had a private room and it was nice and spacious, with a very comfy bed and plenty of storage space.

There were 7 beds in 2 rooms plus a separate bathroom and a large common area with a well equipped kitchen. That is separate from the kitchen/dining area down below for the breakfasts. Wasn't as cold as other places I had stayed in. Located in an area just a short walk to the main tourist square. Excellent hosts. There was even a washing line to use on the roof. An excellent stay. Place was clean including kitchen, common area and bathroom. There was a heater available which was good for the cold nights in Puno and hot water in the shower. Giovanni was friendly and helpful and made sure I got what I needed, like keeping my bag there after checking out. Breakfast was simple of bread, butter and jam with coffee/tea. Location is also good, located close to the main square.

One bathroom/toilet for 7 beds plus people hanging out before/after check in/out. Luckily the beds were not full when I was here. But, I still had to wait often times.

Crazy comfortable beds and super kind host. Quiet location off the main plaza. The host was helpful getting me a good deal on a tour of the islands. Breakfast was just bread and coffee, but for the price you can't expect more than that. Super clean and comfortable rooms.

Temperature controls in the shower are a little wonky.

Very friendly and helpful host! (Gave us a price list of activities close by and told us not to pay more than that) Had no problem with us arriving early and dropping off our backpacks and we were able to keep them in the locker while we stayed over night on Amananti.

Shower is hot but not enough for city like Puno…

The owner Giovanni is extremely friendly and caring. He welcomed me in person late at night when I arrived. And always available for any questions and needs. My room is excellent! It is like an ensuite apartment. Very cozy and the common area is quite spacious. Bed is really comfortable to sleep in at night. Guests are provided layers of thick blankets which is really warm and comfy.

Nothing!

It was very clean and very well located from the plaza, walking distance to restaurants and bars. I stayed in the 8 bed dorm. We arrived early from a night bus and Giovanni got us into our beds at 6am to allow us to sleep which I have never experienced before! Incredible hospitality :) the bed was soo comfy and the blankets are so warm and fluffy I didn’t feel cold. Hot shower and you can see that Giovanni really looks after the place!
