My room was in the back of the building and I hear the trains, and thats not very nice. Also, the complimentary water for guests in the entrance was always warm, no ice at all and it was very very hot outside.

The rooms are too casual, lacking warmth. Bathrooms are feeling a little dated.

The location: in an attractive area just 10min from the airport and all other forms of transportation. I stay here before any morning flight. The rooms and bathroom are spacious and breakfast is good.

Low pressure at the shower. TV not working properly. Mattress needs replacement. Expensive breakfast. 24h noise by trains.

Some of the reception staff did not seem to want to be there or speak to guests, no complaints about the ones that actually made themselves available to help us out. The shower in our room was leaking water out of the tub when showering which was a bit annoying. It would also have been nice with a menu in the room of the restaurant in the hotel.

Excellent location for those visiting Parque das Nações and then going to the airport. Room was spacious and had quite a nice view. The hotel has an elevated feel. We were 4 ( 2 adults 2 kids) staying in a room and the hotel prepared extra beds free of charge.

Front desk staff are not very friendly and lack sensitivity to travelers who have been on planes all night and can’t check in yet.

Perhaps a bit old and the bathtub quite high - a fact to bear in mind if you have joint issues or similar.

Lovely staff, quiet rooms and very comfortable. It's also nice to have the option to park and re-enter (10€ per day) as well as have a mini fridge (very mini).

There was an irritated girl at the reception — she wasn’t rude, but it was clear from her expression that we weren’t welcome. We checked in late at night and discovered that there was no hot water in our room. The shower didn’t have hot water, and we found out only while already taking a shower. We had to rinse off soap with cold water. They offered to change our room, but no one apologized for the inconvenience. A different guy apologized only when we were checking out in the morning. The hotel has a general problem with water. The toilet only flushes on the third try (in both rooms, on the 7th and 8th floors), as there is bad water pressure in the toilet. The first room had a dirty bathtub with a grey stain that hadn’t been cleaned. In the second room, the soap dispensers didn’t work — I had to fix them myself. Also, the desk’s pull-out drawer wouldn’t close. I wouldn’t call the breakfast very good. Yes, you’ll find something to eat, but you won’t enjoy it. The ham was terrible — grayish-green. When we arrived, the cheese plate was empty, and they only brought out more after we had already finished eating. On the plate, there was a slice of tomato with a huge black rotten spot. The watermelon wasn’t fresh. The scrambled eggs were very dry. Overall, the staff left a very bad impression — they clearly didn’t care about the guests.

We liked the interior and the location of the hotel. That's where the positives end.

It’s about a 10-minute walk to the metro, but the hotel is fully modern and has everything you need. I’d gladly come back again. The staff is professional and helpful.

I think this may be due to the age of the hotel. The A/C in some rooms don't give that chilled environment. I have stayed before and my room got nice and cold but not this time. It was warm not uncomfortably warm. It just never got cold in the room and sometimes I like a cold room. But being on the 12th floor with a balcony ...helped. Still will be good to service the A/Cs. Especially in the summer

Everytime I am in Lisboa I stay here. It's not in the center but I enjoy this location very much. The staff is always really nice, especially at breakfast. And that's what I like the most the staff and the breakfast options. The rooms are also delightful.
