Absolutely EVERYTHING! This hotel could not get any better, it was gorgeous and the staff were all AMAZING! Every single staff member was so welcoming and helpful at all times! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone. Thank you for a beautiful stay for our honeymoon.

I think the lift could be a bit cleaner, maintenance work was going on but wasn’t such a big deal. Also once we consume anything from the fridge should have been restocked but overall nothing much to frown upon. Since it said it’s a beach resort I thought there will be a direct access to the beach which wasn’t the case.

The property was AMAZING! The staff was AMAZING! The restaurant food, pool everything was so good. We LOVED our stay at the property. They made my bday special my giving a cake and happy bday banner on the day of our check in. Early Check in and late check out was available which made it very convenient for us. One must visit the spa, we visited twice and it was really good! For breakfast if someone’s a vegetarian they can request the chef/staff to prepare something in veg and they’ll happily assist . I wish we could stay for one more day, we didn’t feel like leaving the property.

As others have mentioned, there are a lot of stairs throughout the resort. Not an issue for me, but maybe for others.

The staff is the best part of this resort. From the manager Kevin at reception to the restaurants, and the pool bar, everyone was so kind and friendly. Special shout out to Lisa, Tuptim, Roong, Kwang, and Ping. The views from the pool and restaurant were very nice and the food was also delicious. Breakfast had many options with some different variations daily.

From the moment we stepped into Kalima Resort & Spa, we were absolutely blown away. This place is more than just a hotel – it’s a full experience of luxury, serenity, and world-class service. The views are nothing short of breathtaking. Overlooking the sparkling waters of Patong Bay, the panorama from both our room and the infinity pool was like something out of a movie. We often found ourselves just sitting quietly, soaking in the sunsets and the peaceful ambiance. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed with elegant modern Thai touches. The private balcony with a sea view was the highlight – perfect for morning coffee or a romantic evening drink. Every detail, from the comfortable bedding to the high-end bathroom amenities, was thoughtfully curated for comfort and style. Service at Kalima was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. A special thank you to the front desk team and housekeeping – you made us feel not just welcome, but truly at home. Breakfast was phenomenal. So many delicious options, both Western and Asian, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed the fresh tropical fruits, pastries, and custom omelets. The infinity pool area was stunning, with poolside service, cocktails, and plenty of space to relax without ever feeling crowded. The spa experience was next level – deeply relaxing and very professional. Highly recommended for couples looking to truly unwind. The resort’s location is also perfect – close enough to the excitement of Patong, but far enough to enjoy peace, quiet, and privacy. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon, and I can confidently say Kalima made our experience unforgettable. They even surprised us with romantic touches in the room, which made our stay all the more special.

Junior suit were not spacious as expected also there is no night table so it was difficult to place phones/water bottles

I liked hotel location, vibes, landscape, internal movement from building to building which was like a buzzel but I enjoyed it. The breakfast was amazing with part of it outdoor. The hotel is giving Thai experience and staff were very friendly and welcoming

That we only stayed for two nights!

This hotel was amazing! Situated up on a hill with a beautiful view over the bay to Patong. The swim up bar and infinity pool was a great place to relax. Our room was lovely and comfortable with a stunning view from our balcony. The breakfast had a wide range of choices. We had dinner in the Sky Bar both nights. The food, view, staff, entertainment were top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lots of towels were provided in the room, but there wasn't anywhere to put them. There is 1 small towel rack, but nowhere to put face towels and hand towels except on the bathroom counter. They could improve the bathroom a lot just by adding some towel rings below the sink and maybe a bar on the bathroom door. Our balcony was right next to the pool and every time we went on it we got observed by people in the pool (we even had our clothes on, so why did they stare at us every time?). The resort should add a privacy screen on the side of the balcony.

Super-friendly staff all around, including at the desk, restaurant, and lobby baggage staff. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever seen, with a huge variety of foods available that would suit virtually any culture or diet. Infinity pool with pool bar was excellent. Lots of activities on offer. The resort has its own app, which actually worked and was helpful.
