We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyThe big weakness of this hotel is that all the dishes, especially the glasses, are always dirty and hygiene is not maintained. It is clear that this area is not supervised. It is very dirty.
The hotel facilities were good, especially the hotel pool. The staff was very friendly and polite. Your needs were taken care of quickly. The food was excellent.Very clean and large rooms with balconies with beds and unique views.Azadi is very different and good. I have been to many hotels. This was much better. I recommend it.

Liked the facilities and the fact that you don’t have to leave the hotel. Food is good, you can shop, work out, visit the spa, spend time at the beach or one of the 2 pools. Entertainment kept the mood high.

TurkeyDidn’t like the Wellcome stuff as arrive ( no Wellcome no hello ), the entrance cigarettes everywhere not clean Room cleaning is zero!!! Really no body come to clean, the toilet the shower, Service staff in main restaurant very bad and don’t know how work and communication with guests Just 1 girl with little colour hair with glasses she very good and nice, food very normal same 3-4 stars resort Reception check in took time and for nothing
