They didn't chane draps during 5 nights stay. But they started to clean the room from the second day.

Gentle staff offering us tea and cold water on arrival. There is an elevator and balcony. Nice AC not noisy at all Comfotable beds Calme area next to a lot of supermarkets restaurants and bus stop. They have nice food with normal price They accept to pay 3 nights by credit card. There is kitchenette with sufficient stuff.

Bathroom was a bit smelly (sewage). But also this is a known Turkish thing. Cleaning was good tho!

Perfect location, walking distance to Cleopatra beach (the nicest one of entire Alanya). Spacious room. Large balcony. Comfy beds. A bit noisy (as in most Turkish appartment buildings). Quiet street. Price / quality cannot be beaten. Elevator that works smoothly. We love this area and would stay here again.

It was a bit difficult to find it and it is quite old, but it wasn't a problem for us. For this price it is great.

Located just 3 min from the beach, where the first row of buildings finished and nice park started. Big kitchen, balcony. The staff is very helpful, they do immediately what you asked for.

the blinds were fairly good and blocked out most of the sun when i wanted to sleep in The place was very quiet too despite being so close to the party area. they will control the noise in that area too to ensure it's quiet there's a small supermarket right next door for most of the necessities (and beer that isnt marked up like crazy like in most shops) and a larger one that runs 24/7 just a few mins walk the main road (away from the beach, just check google map) aircon was nice and strong too and even though the aircon was off for the entire afternoon (key card type) , it was still fairly cooling by the time I'm back at night

Reception made a mistake and almost charged me three times more. If i didnt pay attention, he would have created big problem since that amount was all that i have in card. At the end it was resolved, but felt awful.

Sounds are clearly heard from the street and other rooms. The swimming pool was a bit untidy.

A little bit noisy in the rooms from other rooms and from the streets.

We stayed here for 12 days. They made us different bedsheat figurs every day and cleaned very well. It wasn’t soap to wash up cups and plates but the cleaning personel did it for us. Very good wifi. Near to the Cleopatra beach, three minutes walk. Thank you for a wonderfull stay, highly recommended.

The electric stove should be replaced, took forever to heat (25 min to boil water) - Not a must but would be nice to have a microwave, and air-con in the living room, not only the bedroom. - The biggest and serious issue for me was a constant beeping sound that was coming from a (broken?) ATM at the street corner every 1 minute day and night (through no fault of the hotel), but this goes to location, as this made my last few days very difficult. The hotel staff told me they called the ATM service company (I don’t know if this is true) but they didn’t fix it. If this issue is now fixed - it’s a great place to stay, exceeds expectations, but if not - it’s torture. P.S. Apparently the sound was not heard from all the rooms.

Spacious apartment, not luxurious but nice cozy details, comfy bed, clean, friendly staff, overall above expectations. - If something didn’t work, they came right away and fixed it. - Very close to the beach, shops, bus stops, taxis, authentic restaurants, good dental clinic, laundry service etc.

There was no liquid and a sponge to wash the dishes. Nowhere to hang wet bathing suits, towels to dry! The TV was old, but it was supposed to be flat. There is no table with chairs in the room with the kitchen, as I had in the picture when booking this apartment, because the room is very tiny, there was only a plastic table with chairs on the balcony.

The hotel is located 300 meters from the sea / Cleopatra beach, but the sea cannot be seen. You have to cross a busy street. For those who love silence, this is the perfect place as the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, there was no noise. However, the hotels in this area are very close to each other, you can observe the life of the neighbors, the room facing the wall of the neighboring house / hotel. Air conditioning in the room for free, but the safe is paid. We had comfortable beds, cotton white sheets. Cleaning is done daily. At the reception desk, problems are solved quickly. Nice and helpful staff, smiling. There is a small well-stocked shop nearby. Great Wi-Fi. It was OK for ***.

Furniture in the room is rather old. The room itself should be renovated. But if you want to stay in new apartments with a lot of kitchen utensils you just need look at the neighboaring twin apart accomodation.

Hello. I've spent in this apartment 15 days in april-may 2021 with my family. I think this apartment has extremely high price/quality ratio. The apartment is rather cheap so you shouldn't expect new furniture or versatile kitchen utensils but you will have everything for comfort staying. I defenitely will recommend this apartment.

Something very minor is the fact that the kitchen didn't have any sponge or detergant.

The stay went very well. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

Upon my arrival, they already had some electrical problems. Due to my remote job, I left the place earlier the next day because electricity came and went every 10 minutes. The apartment was economical, the kitchen wasn't great, the view wasn't fantastic, and I could hear my neighbors. After a month, I finally got my refund. It was a bit challenging, there were many calls with booking support, stuff from the hotel, etc. Ultimately, the owner communicated with me, and I was given my money back the same day.

Near the beach. One of the perks of this location is the Irish pub. Stuff was nice, cleaning ladies lovely.
