It was a shame that the pool was drained but I think they had a technical problem but it is November! Some people have mentioned that the hotel could do with a bit of TLC - which would make this even better, although we didn’t mind in the end - a little shabby chic!

Central location, friendly and helpful staff. We were given a free upgrade which was lovely, and we actually appreciated what the hotel offered us more and more. The breakfast was excellent and changed daily - we stayed for five days.

The cleanliness was not 100%. The room we got was not as per the description. The hotel need some renovation. Some maintenance is required, the mixer was wiggly.

The hotel’s staff are nice and they speak good english. The location of the hotel is perfect, it is located near hadrian’s gate, basically everything you need is just steps away. The valley parking service is nice, you get your car whenever you ask for it. The hotel style is lovely. The customer service, we got a room upgrade for the last night of our stay.

The air con broke one of the nights but was fixed the next day and we were given a fan for our room. The beds were overly firm for it preference.

Initially didn’t like that we got put into the front room. Was very noisy being near the entrance and the road. We then got moved to a room which was a lot more quiet.

My only issue with the hotel was our room location. It was on the front of the hotel and therefore there was allot of noise throughout the night until around 2/3am. We reverted to listening to calm music loudly to drown out the party goers outside. For reference, just a few doors down is a popular kebab house and a McDonald’s. As taxis and cars can’t always drive through the old town, it becomes a waiting ground for hungry party goers late at night. Despite this, because it is on the fringe of the old town, getting a taxi to there and from there with suitcases is no issue. We often saw people staying in the middle of the old town, dragging their luggage up to hill to get their transport.

The property is located right on the fringe of the old town which makes it ideal to explore the beautiful city of Antalya. The rooms where lovely and clean and the AC was great. The shower was powerful and there was clean, fresh towels provided with toiletries. The pool is also well kept and is just the perfect size for a refreshing dip after a long day of exploring. The buffet breakfast was nice by the pool and despite it not being huge, it had all the usual buffet options. Id also recommend booking your airport taxi through booking.com as it works out much much cheaper than flagging a taxi at the airport and it’s about a 20/30 minute transfer. You can get a bus but again, the timings are hit and miss so for around £10-17, it’s worth getting a private cab.

wifi doesnt work. even after requesting multiple times they couldn’t make it work. bathrooms need renovation. toilet paper holder was broken. shower head was loose. at the price that we paid, we expected much better service.

location is very good. very close to hadrians gate. most staff are good. breakfast was very good. they even arranged the breakfast early on the second day because we had to leave early. bed was comfortable.
