AustraliaThe food was below average. Cold to Luke warm breakfast/dinner and supper. Had to use the microwave to warm everything up. I expected high quality food, but left anything I choose and went outside to my breakfast and supper. The all inclusive drinks was not what I expected. The red wine was not drinkable and the one and only beer was too gasey. The resort was lovely but I expected better. Maybe my expectations were too high. I thought it was 5 star. It was more like 2 star for the food, but 5 start for the accommodation. I wouldn't return. Food and drinks are important to me on holiday.
The staff were amazing. The place was immaculate and clean.

United Kingdomthe bedroom was not clean properly, dirty beddings on the first day , floors not cleaned properly. it was end of season and the second day they didn’t tell any of the guest but had closed the main restaurant buffet area and we was left with barely any options for breakfast lunch and hugely disappointing in the dinner options , yet we paid full price of the hotel and there was no clear notice they were going to do this before booking them.

He was not wearing gloves, knowing that they packed the food a quarter of an hour before the end of the meal, and for these reasons I went to the outside restaurants to eat, The beach is small and the pool is not enough for the large numbers that the hotel receives, as a hotel of this size is supposed to have professional and friendly cadres in order to respect the customers of this hotel because we paid the money for the stay and did not come to stay for free, the only thing that distinguishes the hotel is its location. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and the fifth time I have visited Marmaris, the charming city This was the third stay on my trip this year after I came from Antalya, which I stayed in Konilati Beach and Lara area, where the difference was quite clear between the two stays in Antalya and staying in this hotel, whose price is not commensurate with the services it provides and there is no credibility in booking on the Internet, as After you book, they give you something else It might be cheaper than what I paid for, so I don't recommend staying there.
