Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThey will not return the items I left behind that included an Armani watch! English speaking staff rare. A plan of the hotel would be very helpful as there are two separate buildings that have different functions. No toiletries left in my shower room. Its location is not in a very interesting or pleasant area, although not at all dangerous.
Most things.

United KingdomOur particular room was terribly noisy with multiple distributions throughout the nights from the road parallel, hotel water system sounds, and loud speakers on buildings across the road going off at 5am.
Everything was excellent, and the staff were particularly amazing 👌

United KingdomI didn't like the hamam mixed, and if you want only women, you should pay. The spa deals are expensive and not valuable the money. The resort is really far from Antalya Airport 130 kilometres.
I liked the food all day especiallyyou have children, it child friendly resort and good for families. The cleaning is every day, the staff are helpful, i had a problem with transfer to the airport and they helped me with it. They do shows outside to kids and adults if the weather nice and life music inside. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The food is traditional and modern turkish food, I liked some some no, everyone has different tastes 😋.

MontenegroI didn't like everything, for example when you go out to take a walk or to buy something, starting from taxi driver that drive you 4km and ask you to pay 1100lira, than in the small shops there is no Price, and than they are playing with you... At Antalya Airport I change 100euro as soon as I arrive, and I get 3200TL, but the real rate was 4450TL... When we went for excursion, as it was a little bit away, we make break in some small Cafe bar, I order 2 coffees and two Soda, and it was 23 euro... Without bill... Really bad for tourist, and I will never go back to Turkey again...
Regarding hotel Kahya everything was perfect, food, service, friendliness.. Perfect!!!

United KingdomRestaurant was not big enough to cater for 2 tower hotels with so many guests. Queues for food. Food did not cater for English - did not even have the basics like being able to make a piece of toast with a toast maker. Salads were tasteless. No signs on things so people were mauling with the food before serving it on their plate. No other drinks or snacks in fridge other than water in hotel room. Had to Queue to get any drink, each bar had one server for the whole bar around the resort and in the bars etc. No facility to get your own. Staff are run ragged but do the best they can with a smile. Definitely require more service staff in restaurant as this was not even 3 star. No service at the tables in the restaurant - everything self service. Beds were like sleeping on the floor in Tower 2. Back was in agony as I have existing medical conditions and the bed exasperated this. Bed bugs in my sisters room in Tower 1. Full day lost moving parents and sister and children, which caused no end of anxiety and upset and visits to the onsite Doctor. Really disappointed this was not picked up by the cleaner.
Location of hotel was good - able to get out of the resort easily to Konakli and other places. Hotel had generous / spacious grounds. Beach was nice also. Highlight of the holiday was the Jeep Safari and Pirate Ship trips organised with our hotel rep - Mamoot, who was extremely helpful. He also recommended an evening out to Nordic Garden where the food was lovely.

United KingdomThe food. It’s basic and repetitive. We stayed for 10 days and the food only changed once when they had tuna, sushi, curry and turkey. There are only x2 1hr slots daily for ice cream. Outside of those slots you can purchase ice cream at the store for €3 per scoop but the weather in Turkey is so hot ice cream should be available all day, even if it’s a self serve machine. Noise - we respect the 5AM wake up from the mosques as part of the culture, this didnt bother us however.. 12:30-1AM we were woken by the kitchen chucking what sounded like glass bottles into bins. We were on the 4th floor and this was so loud it woke us up. Plus the neighbours we’ve had were always noisy. There should be a quiet period within the hotel what the staff and guests should abide to. Aircon - if you can please don’t sleep with the aircon on. There were 19 of us in total and 15 of us had a cold at the end of the holiday, personally I was really unwell on the last day. I was full of the flu, headaches, aching body and felt very nauseous - all caused by dirty aircon filters. I am 6 days home and on antibiotics due to still being unwell. One day I was so unwell I stayed in bed so my boyfriend went to get me breakfast from the restaurant when he was stopped by who I assume was a manager (tall skinny man in a white shirt) who stopped him for leaving demanding that he “asked for permission” to take the food upstairs, despite others walking out the day prior with a plate full of food. The main thing to mention is one of our family groups had bed bugs. The parents both got bitten, luckily the child never. They were in the other building to us (reception side). They were moved rooms and their luggage was fumeigated however they found a bug in their case when they were moved. They told reception who advised that customer relations are not open at that time and to go the shop for bug killer. Really unprofessional and i believe it took 2-3 days for the doctor to assist accordingly with medication.
The Turkish bath is incredible; beautiful atmosphere and they do some amazing deals with the bath and massages! They have great shows 6 nights a week, which differ each night. Amazing for children with the kids club, slides, pool games/sports and arcade. The cleaners do a great job, twice they left something special 1 - a towel swan 2 - rose petals & towel hearts. The restaurant staff are great, always moving finished dishes and offering drinks when it’s not busy (apart from the skinny male manager - he’s rude). The rep is great - we had mehmet who offered 24hr service! We had a few excursions booked with him but the best was the safari jeep with the water fight, I’d recommend for anyone - all ages! They do have a disco/night club on site which is kid friendly- we didn’t drink so didn’t attend but it looks great! The pools are great they have a relax pool (which has parties some nights) a large pool, lazy river, kids section & the slides. Although there’s not much to offer at the beach they have a tunnel that connects straight through so very easy access! People do reserve beds but theres honestly more than enough if you get there in a morning, there’s so much space!

United KingdomWhen we've arrived at the hotel in the evening we were received in a very unfriendly and dismissive manner to begin with, after checking in I've personally enquired about the whereabouts of the restaurant so we could proceeded to feeding the kids , to only be told it was now closed and there were no other food facilities in the hotel open at that time, not even a snack to get it from the bar. Once in the room i recall getting in touch via email with management team, to no response. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such dismissive and not helpful staff , from reception to the bar staff, not to mention the poor language barrier as many staff did not speak basic conversational English to be able to provide information regarding the hotel facilities. It was extremely frustrating especially when you have young children and a small baby to care for. Next day met with a hotel client relations Abdullah and related my unhappiness by highlighting some of the Staff terrible Customer service from the front desk guys indifference and no consideration to the bar staff poor English . Some issues we've faced with were: - Beds were extremely uncomfortable, may as well of slept on their sun loungers. - Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept. Problems and Difficulty accessing Wi-Fi to then be told we need to pay for it (nowhere on the booking.com that information was provided) Lack of in-room amenities Elevator accessibility Dismissive and indifferent front desk service and poor customer service Will not stay again and don't recommend.
the kids water park was the only thing that had its positive side, as the kids thoroughly enjoyed

United KingdomVery bad service, rude staff and negative behaviour towards customers. First night they was rude to me because I have brown skin and served a non brown person with so much more respect and good attitude and to me they differentiated me and made me feel like I am different because of my skin colour and race. Then tonight on my third night I had Furkan the receptionist being rude to me when I asked him about local busses and again spoke to me like I am off the streets when infact I have rightfully paid for the service like others. And to top it off the guy at the drinks counter was so rude to me infront of other customers when I asked him for milk. Until I complained to the manager, nothing was done making me feel degraded upset and like I’m worth nothing. Worse thing is he didn’t even apologise for his unwanted behaviour. Been here 3 nights and leaving today due to lack of care and respect. The staff have even spoke rudely to my children as my 6 year old told me he told her she cannot have a coca-cola. I saw furkan the receptionist treat a heavily pregnant woman badly as she came to the hotel to check in last night. I just felt so upset and bad for her. I have been discriminated due to my disability and race. And my child has been treat different and staff have been rude to her. She suffers from adhd and now is so panicky. I am not happy I want a refund as this is the end I have been tolerating this for three days and the staff are racist he said you are from Pakistan that is why. I am not paying for a service where I being treated differently due to my gender and race under the equality act 2010. I spoke to Svatlana (guest relation manager) from the guest office and she stated she will not do anything to help. This is not good at all and I asked for a fair resolution but didn’t get any infact I was fobbed off.

United KingdomNo wifi, broken lift (we stayed on the top floor so it was difficult to get around as the hotel is excessively big), room key card kept getting cancelled which was inconvenient. Whilst getting a pedicure done at the hotel the staff left midway as she had issues with her manager. There was a lot of chaos and drama.
