Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNot sure about the entertainment quality; evenings at the hotel seemed quite boring (always the same songs for kids, bingo, karaoke, not very enticing plans), but I think the ones at the beach area were more fun. There is no much to do in the area outside the hotel besides going shopping for knock offs-.
Nice all inclusive hotel. Not used to this kind of holidays, but we enjoyed our time here. Room was nice and clean, there are plenty of different restaurants so you could be eating all day long, maybe a little repetitive at the beach area, but it was ok. Beach area is good, with lots of loungers to relax, but we enjoyed the swimming pool area better; the slides were soooo fun! There are transfers to the beach area every 15 min or less, but to be honest, it is just 5min walking away. Otherwise you can stay at the hotel swimming pools, there is also one with bigger slides, but I think this one is more in a shadow area. Great hotel to go with kids. I also tried the hammam and massage, which is extra, and enjoyed it very much Location is good: not far from airport, and there is a bus stop to the city next to the hotel if you want to spend one day visiting things (although quite a few stops until you get there)

BulgariaThe only thing that we couldn't stand was the animation - especially around the beach front area around the pool. The music was so extremely loud all the time and we're pissed especially since there is the only best place from little kids. They can't let you relax, they just annoy you.
The food is amazing and well as the facilities of the hotel.

SwitzerlandBeach sand has rocks. Location is quite poor and away from the main city. My room was overlooking a stage which played loud music after 10 pm with poor sound isolation. Bidet was misaligned that water sprayed on the floor. Mainly the value for money is the biggest issue.
Place is clean with nice staff and good food.

United KingdomHonestly, the main thing that brings them down I would say its how cold the pool is and the unseasoned buffet food.
I loved that everyone had their own balcony. It had two locks, the front door had more than one lock too, as a female travelling alone this was actually kind of reassuring. Resort food will never be great but there is a wide selection at any moment of the day. The rooms are clean, the pool is clean too but its cold. There is no indoor pool btw. Language barrier can be an issue sometimes but most of them speak great English.

FinlandWifi interruptions. You will not be able to order Uber to the hotel. Local taxists literally pushed out our driver. We had to cancel and order from reception so we had to work with these rude local taxi mafia. It would be great if the hotel policy didn't support such a monopoly.
Cats and food diversity, cleaning personnel is nice and professional. The woman who served the sweets is very cheerful and nice. Drinking water is available everywhere from the hotel to the beach. It's especially valuable when it's 36° outside. Good bar, service 24/7, good choice of fruits and vegetables (cherries were available almost every meal). Tasty food. We all had very different food expectations but everyone found something good for them. Tennis and basketball equipment were available even after sunset (they have light at the court)

IsraelWi-Fi barely worked. It had problems in any hotel location at any time. Despite the fact that hotel rules prohibit reserving sunbeds, people had being occupying everything with their towels from the very early morning. Around 9 am it was no longer possible to find a free seat. At the same time, there were almost no people, only towels everywhere.
Lovely stuff, tasty food, reasonable price

United KingdomGreat hotel with only 20min or so from the airport. There is a shuttle to the beach but we always walked as it is only 5min walk away. The hotel has a private beach and some great facilities for kids at the beach, 2 private pools and slides. The variety of food and drinks is great, and available pretty much 24/7 though the bar does get a bit crowdier around 10-11pm when people start ordering trays of drinks! My daughter loved the kids disco and the activities overall. You can get a local bus to the Alanya old town and there are many trips on offer to other locations too. We'd definitely stay again.
