However, flexibility is essential to ensure a comfortable experience for visitors from outside the country. For instance, we waited over two hours in the lobby because our check-in was at 2 PM, we arrived at the hotel at 11 AM. Additionally, while English is important, enhancing communication in other languages could also be an area for improvement.
The cleanliness was impressive. The food was delicious, and the safety measures were outstanding.
