Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed yet peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we asked. Every detail was thought out to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway, and I can’t wait to come back!

Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't sufficient for 36+ degrees heat it seemed like it need a service or something because it was on but the air flow was very weak, even though we spoke with the front dest right after we arrived but there was nothing done about it, also shower had a double sliding corner doors and one was missing so every time we showered for some reason the entire bathroom floor gor wet and for a cave room with no bathroom fan that moisture and humidity will stays there for while.

Very good location, facing north east so we didn't get the sun directly at us all day in 36 degrees with UV index of 11. Very central close enough walk to restaurants and gift shops yet 5 minutes hike to top of the mountain for an amazing view of the whole area/ sunrise/sunset. Very kind staff, check out was at 11:00 AM but our flight was for later in PM, we asked and got additional 45 minutes.

Our room didn’t have air con but that was my fault for not checking what was listed on the website and we travelled in the peak of the hot season. The staff gave us a fan which really helped to keep us cool. It was so fun staying in a cave room.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and kind. They really went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely time. They really went location is fantastic too.

There was a weird smell, I'm not sure maybe because of the cave stone or what. And I found the lighting too dark for my preference. The shower is also dirty and rusty. The air-conditioning unit could've been better.

The location is excellent, it is near to must visit places in Goreme. The room is spacious and comfortable bed. Hotel staff is also helpful in arranging tours and airport transfers.

The stay exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable (we were 3 adults), and clean. There was no mold or humidity and the reception is friendly and very helpful, particularly the day receptionist. Location is great, quiet but still very close to everything we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was never cleaned the room as long as we were there. Thought we were only for 3 days, but not even the toilet garbage was not changed.

The staff were very helpful but unfortunately we had to be moved to a different room after our first night and there was no hot water for over 24 hours. The room was very loud at night which wasn’t ideal when we needed to be up at 4am for activities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Great location, very close to the main town and restaurants as well as the main viewpoint which was great at sunset. It was a great experience staying in a cave hotel. You could see the hot air balloon from the terrace in the morning.

There was a small window at the top of our door that did not have a shade on it. Would have been nice to be able to close that to block out the light!

The photos don't do it justice. This place is way more beautiful in person! Our room was great, there is a beautiful terrace to take in the sights and relax on, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. A very atmospheric hotel. Quick walk to everything you need.

The lights in the room are dimmed. The shower has no door and the basin is not in good condition

The view outside my room on 3rd floor is very nice. Car park is either outside the hotel or nearby public car park. A few nice restaurants nearby. The room is a good size with a sofa.

The room had no air conditioning however they did bring a fan upon request after the second day and the room needed to have blackout curtains as the lights outside the window shown through directly as you laid in bed

The location was fantastic. The breakfast was very good. Much appreciated the parking as well. Also the dog Luna was very fun although could have used more training.
