Service is very poor . Although employees are so friendly and respectful, they are not the best when it comes to service. Half of the time, our room had not been cleaned . Outside of the room, if you leave something on the table, things/ rubbish / left overs stayed at the same table more than 3-4 days without being removed/ cleaned.

Very cute hotel with beautiful view . Hotel's location is one of the best so close to center. It has decent breakfast too.

I had such a lovely stay! The room was really spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed. The receptionist was super friendly and always willing to help. The location is great too – close to the center, so you can easily get around. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. I’d love to come back someday!

Amazing accommodation in the heart of the action. Super interesting layout of the cave style rooms, incredible breakfast and a very enjoyable pool/rooftop bar area to enjoy after a long day sightseeing. Can’t fault this place

- The Cave rooms offered a very special atmosphere! No aircon, but the room stays very cool because of the stone. - many small chill areas. Very nice furniture - very friendly staff - a great view!!! Wonderful! Like in a dream! And the Pool on the top of the hotel was amazing - great breakfast

The location was truly amazing — close to everything and with stunning views. Great value for money, beautiful aesthetic, and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and overall the vibe of the hotel was stylish and relaxing.

Good to know that you can order room service but there isn't actually a restaurant on site.

This is such a unique hotel! We stayed as a big family group and all the rooms were really different: Family room - really cavey. Quite dark but unlike any room we've ever stayed in. Very fun! Balcony room - beautiful, glamorous, amazing views. Up a lot of stairs. Not that cavey. Standard room - ground floor. Really big, medium caveiness. Best room occupant had ever stayed in! The hotel also has an awesome viewing point for balloon watching, friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Our bathroom has a problem, a lot of bad smell coming from there. A lot of little things in the bed and floor coming from the room roof

Epic views from the hotels terrace which were enjoyed with cocktails from the bar. Massive cave room that was very calm and quiet. Lovely little getaway from the world. Great staff.

So unique, right in the heart of the Cave Area, walkable everywhere. Friendly, safe, lovely wee pool, nice bar and lovely staff

There was a bar and they played very loud music most of the day. Our friends room was right off the bar not pleasant for them. Also the bar was at the pool so you couldn’t relax by the pool without being blasted by loud music. Just had to leave the pool sometimes
