Fantastic breakfast, the ladies made new dishes every morning. The bathroom was great. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect.

The breakfast could have bigger cups for the morning coffee but that’s just me being a coffee addict. Offering Turkish coffee in the morning would be AMAZING.

By far the staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The atmosphere is nice and the rooms are so cozy! Also so close to the city centre!

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the middle of Goreme and within walking distance of all amenities, such as restaurants, stores, ATM and bus station, etc. The staff were extremely helpful and so patient. Fatma was exceptional in explaining things multiple times. When we decided to take up their green tour, which was excellent, on the last minute. Fatma arranged a later pick-up from the tour operator. The hotel is absolutely spotless. We really enjoyed Cappadocia, and I feel that the accommodation and level of service you receive play a big part in your overall travel experience. The hotel was absolutely great value for money.

This place is 2 mins walk to the center. The rooms are ok, breakfast is simply presented but dont be fooled because it tastes amazing. The staff are all exceptionally sincere so much so that it feels more like a homestay. Always offering tea 😄. The balloon rides were cancelled on my first day hence demand and prices rose the next day but luckily i had fatima who speaks impeccable english, whilst also been a very warm host fighting my corner. She ensured i got my balloon ride but still at a reasonable cost the next day. Im well travelled and i can confidently say that all the staff here went the extra step to ensure my trip went was all that i wanted it to be.

We loved staying here. We booked a cave room and although we didn’t see any balloons, we had an amazing time due to the planning of other activities from the staff. The breakfast was delicious, and we had tea and coffee provided in our rooms. Our hot water was not working initially but the staff were straight on to it and fixed it happily. We also learnt some Turkish from the lovely cleaners. Their dog, Lucky, is super cute! You may see him prancing around town during your days out. We loved Lucky! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

My room was above the entrance thus a bit noisy but I sleep with earplugs. Happened a few times that bread was missing during breakfast and they had to go out to buy it more.

Location is great, close to the city center and also a bit uphill, to give you great morning "balloons flying over panorama" views. Bathroom in my room was renovated and now has a separated big shower room. They provide sleepers and change towels daily. Breakfast was excellent and upon order they serve you Turkish coffee.

Up hill to hotel if you have difficulty with hills, breakfast very basic.

It was only a couple of minutes from center of town. Helpful staff for organising Hot Air balloon and tours and transfers. Room was clean and tidy.

Breakfast is served on a terace which offers spectacular views of the city and region. It has a wide variety of choices, both for adults and children. There is more than enough for everyone and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean and with a decor that fits the area. There are stairs that need to be climbed so make sure you request a ground floor room if you have difficulties. The managers were very friendly and helpful. It is a place worth visiting again.

We arrived by bus very early, at 8 am we planned to leave our things and go for a walk. The hotel is easy to find thanks to street signs. This part of the city is beautiful. It was nice that the hotel reception was open and a pleasant young man checked us in immediately. We are so grateful for this. The room and outside space are cozy. Breakfast is delicious and varied.

Exceptional. A cave with Al the amenities. Excellent exteriors and patio. A very ethnic vibe.. Cozy and Home like feeling. The interior designing is exceptional. Breakfast was good. The staff was excellent,l. Especially the lady at the reception. It’s a shame I don’t have her name to Mention here, but was well informed, knew what she was talking about, very pleasant,courteous and customer friendly and all their staff were efficient too.
