the location is great, near to everything. The beach is only 5 minutes walk. lots of shops around. my apartment included breakfast and was very good.

I was a little bit nervous to stay at this location because if price was a right but it said it just take a chance on the property and I was happily surprised the place was very nice clean quiet and the pool was spectacular

The shower/bath is very difficult to enter. You have to be fairly agile to manoeuvre the entrance & exit. TV doesn’t work but then I doubt if I’d watch it very much.

accommodation was roomy. clean towels practically every day. Bed linen changed regularly during our 4 week stay. Large pool.

Very nice location, close to the beach. Be aware that you have to pay extra for AC. We paid for it as it was really hot when we arrived but in the evening we did not really need it so you can take this into consoderation. A Also, be aware that it is a building complex and it can be very noisy at night with people smashing doors, etc. Other than that is was great.

This hotel really horrible rooms are very old kettle didn’t work they wanted to charge for air conditioning extra money.I felt very bad.receptions are really unprofessional.

First room was basic but no wifi, changed rooms to another simple basic room once more wifi terrible, no air conditioning, due to broken unit, bare wires exposed. No lifts, long haul upstairs to 5th floor. Basic food served ( chesse toasties toast or eggs nothing else, although menu suggested a lot more ) If you need something cheap and basic, then this fits the bill, but sure you will find better maybe cheaper or on par

Tiny, tiny thing that WiFi could be made accessible to all rooms and not just by the pool

Staff could not have been more helpful. Our suite was great, enough room for 2 large ex rugby players to live in for a week. Maid service superb. Although I did not partake in the pool area much it was lovely and included a bar and snack shop. Staff ordered taxi's to the main resort for us and were never waiting longer than a few minutes.

Just awful!

The location is inconvenient, far from the beach, between buildings. We lived on the first floor, the room has three balconies, many windows, but people walk past them all the time, so it is impossible to open the curtains and windows, the windows are forced to be closed. The air conditioners are very old and have not been cleaned for a long time, so the smell is terrible when turned on. Everything in the room is very old, furniture, plumbing. The bathtub is simply awful, it is simply impossible for a person above average height to use it. The shower is so old that water flows from it anywhere, just not where it is needed. There is no Wi-Fi in the room, the telephone signal can only be picked up outside the building. The staff is unable to answer more than one question. Even ordering a transfer to the airport turned out to be a problem. It's good that we were here for only 2 nights, and we did not choose it ourselves, but on the recommendation of Booking.com, due to the closure of the hotel we had booked for renovation. In general, we have never lived in such a bad hotel. And yes, if you agree to breakfast for a surcharge, then keep in mind that for this you will need to walk to the hotel in 7 minutes walk, and then if there will be a place for you. So if you don't want to ruin your holiday, don't settle here.

I've booked the room through Booking and in our reservation it wasn't all inclusive program. Therefore we couldn't benefit from their beach it wasn't a cool experience if i knew it before I'd consider some other options. In the room there was a warning about not leaving your belongings and taking them with you or keeping them in secured case. This also didn't feel right. I'd want to trust to the place enough to leave my belongings.

Stuff were helpful, our room was big enough for 3 people also the swimming pool was big and clean. We also like the location. It isn't far from Altınkum Beach. We may stay here again. :))
