The pool was not ready, and this was informed after the booking was done and no compromise or cost reduction offered. It is a serious shortfall to advertise features clearly not available When searching, there was online pressure as if only one apartment had left. Upon arrival, we found the whole place was empty during iur entire stay..

Not much to mention.

Great for families stay. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was great, and the room size was great. It's not in city center but close to many local restaurants. 10 min drive to beach.

Amazing. Friendly staff, you feel as you are at home. So quite, so good manager, I will come back any time when I visit Kemer. All was so good. I needed to leave very early, I asked to prepare breakfast for me alone, and they made it specially for me.

There isn't a 3 bedroom apartment so it is misleading The owner was lovely and said he hadn't had that issue before but we paid for a 3 bedroom apartment and it was in fact 3 apartments which didn't work for our need. They sorted it by giving us a 2 bedroom villa and additional apartment for my older son

The location was fantastic. Super quiet but with local supermarkets and restaurants within minutes. The Beach is 20 min walk but we loved being away from it as it is a busy strip so we enjoyed the calm and peace.

The internet was not the greatest which caused some challenges for us with zoom meetings and online coursework that my kids needed to do. This impacted my rating from 10 to 9.

The apartment we stayed in was top notch! The amenities were great and very comfortable. We stayed here one night on route from Antalya to Fethiye. The staff was very helpful and were grateful to have a spot to do laundry. It could be a great place to stay for a longer term visit if you wanted a Comfortable and affordable central location to stay while visiting the area. It was not necessarily situated close to the beach, but very central spot to move around easily. Breakfast wasn’t as big a spread as other places we stayed in Turkey, but my kids were very happy to have cold cereal as an option for a change.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The area is large and beautiful. The rooms had everything you needed. The people who look after the hotel are polite and friendly. If we come to Antalya area again we will stay at this place again. We chose this accommodation option because they had very suitable rooms for the needs of our large group. We had a car, so the distance to the beach was not a big deal.

It was a long walk to the beach, still possible to walk though, but better if you have a car.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. We even had a small kitchenette and a washing machine. The gardens were beautiful. The pool was large, clean and gorgeous. Highly recommend, would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Sofia Residence so much that we extended our stay here for one more day. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The facilities were excellent - beautiful, cosy; they also have flowers everywhere. We all liked the premises very much! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Be careful about the cats - they are cute but when they sneak inside, they will eat your food 😄

First of all - super nice staff - Barish and his team were perfectly helpful and polite whenever we needed something. We were given the perfect apartment for a family with kids, right in the center, ground floor, next to the pool, making it very easy for us as parents to oversee the children playing in the water, from a shaded seating area where we also ate our meals outdoors. The flat is spacious and we enjoyed very comfortable beds, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. Lots of attention is giving to details, we marveled at the beautiful gardening. Also the location is very convenient, in a quiet area, away from too much of the tourist traps, with normal Turkish supermarkets, a great local restaurant, and a bus stop close by.

Wifi was bad.

We stayed in the villa - comfy beds. Great pool , clean gardens and relax areas and enough sun loungers for all guests. Breakfast was ok , not a wide selection but did us.

Beds could do with an update. Our shower leaked all over the hall, however we just left a towel there, didn’t really effect us. would of been nice to get the sheets changed on our stay. We did have a washing machine so we could wash them, however there wasn’t anywhere to hang large bedding. Lauren got us new sheets though.

tranquility setting. Beautiful pool. Very quiet. Friendly. homely. spacious rooms. plenty of sun lounges. nice stroll into the village, coming back seemed a little too far though. So we got a taxi. Made friends with Lauren that was staying long term who helped us lots. She arranged a boat trip which was amazing. We saw the sunset and had fab food. Also a bbq night which we enjoyed. Which is a great way of meeting the other guests
