We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaBed was very hard. Some issues with a strong seafood allergy - limited range of foods available with some uncertainty about which contained fish sauce, oyster sauce etc. Not confident with cross contamination of utensils from a dish with seafood elements to those without.

Great value stay. Stayed in a room with three single beds. Hotel has plenty of little touches that makes the stay pleasant. A great breakfast. Free afternoon tea (once during the stay). Unlimited candies. About 5 min walk to a huge 24H supermarket. About 10 min walk to two metro stops.

United States of AmericaThe inflexibility of the staff/hotel checking out. One example: we had two separate reservations for the same person, in different days. The hotel was not flexible to allow the customer to stay in the same room and the customer had to check out. Secondly, the service personnel who brought supplies (I did not use room services for the day) stared at me after I thanked him as if I was a nuance.
Room was much nicer than the lobby suggests - the lobby looked cheaper than a 5-star hotel.

BelgiumJust some minor things that stood out. The sound of the box (AI) when playing music was not that good. It would be nice to have some allergen cards at the breakfast buffet. We were surprised to see seperate plastic bottles of shampoo, lotion, etc in the bathroom. Big refillable bottles would have been just fine.
Good location, close to Ximending. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We received a bag to get free candy next door, as well as a coupon to get free "happy hour", which had some finger foods and (alcoholic) drinks. The room (and bed) was big enough, very clean. There is an AI system, that has some nice tricks, but it does not hold that much added value. Gym was well equipped and clean. Breakfast buffet was very big and nice. It had a lot of vegan options. Good value!

Great hotel for the geek with smart control. Have Japanese style bathub and excellent location - 25 mins walk to CKS, 7 mins walk to Metro, 20 mins walk to Ximending night market. Very good English and helpful receptionist.
