Bed-poor; soft and sagging to center

when i booked the room it was just me, but, my daughter came with me, and i should have asked for two beds instead of the one.

the breakfast was good. I had enquired about long-term parking before i got there, but, wasn't able to get an answer. That was probably due to the fact that i didn't have a direct number at first. It kept sending me to other booking websites. However, when i was leaving and talking to the front desk, i was told they had long-term parking. too late. thanks

Wifi wasn't very strong. We often had no service.

We loved the pool and hot tub as well as the wonderful buffet breakfast. Beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Nice to have a hot tub at the end of the day for a relaxing soak.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were very thin. And there was a sinking hole in our room in the floor

Position to SeaTac airport and rail to Seattle Nice staff, good room,warm!! Swimming pool and included jacuzzi.Great breakfast included in price.

Too much wait time for the shuttle....needed another for the number of people who showed up at the same time. I had a 45 minute wait.

It was not in a neighbourhood where you would generally walk around (to find a restaurant, for example), but for an airport hotel, it was good value.

Excellent breakfast, everything from homemade waffles to cooked eggs and bacon, fruit, yogurt, etc. Coffee maker in room. Nice, big, very comfortable bed, and quiet. There was a pool which, sadly, I didn't have time to use (open long hours, though), and a business center which I did use. Free airport shuttle. Good vending machines.

Airport noise. Could hear planes all through night. Think they had single glazing.

Big room, with very comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was very clean and organized. Airport shuttle service was very appreciated, and they also dropped me off at the railway station too. Breakfast was good, had the minimum, but they should use normal plates and stuff, not disposable anymore!

Rooms need updating, seems a little run down but not terrible. Our key cards kept getting demagnetized. It would have been nice to know that you don't have "in room" safes. The room doors do not close on their own. ( we came back from breakfast the 1st morning and our door was ajar. ) We had to be deliberate in closing it. We noticed others doors were not closed as we walked down the hall, so not an isolated incident.

I will start this by saying we were in town for a funeral. Not the best circumstances but we were pleasantly surprised. Great location, free shuttle service to the airport, lightrail, and a couple of restaurants. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome, I didn't expect it to be that nice. ( eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, bagels/toast/english muffins, hard boiled eggs, cereal, etc etc. )

Water pressure for shower was low and no bath mat, so was very careful.

I never was able to get on the Wi-Fi; it required a user name but never gave me a place to enter it. Computers in the business center were so slow it reminded me of the days when I had dial up speeds just without the sound.

It had a business center so we could print out our boarding pass and order dinner. They have an airport shuttle available at the very early hours of 4am so we could get there 2 hours before our flight!
