We had cancelled one room with 2 full beds, which you the 3rd party did not communicate with comfort Inn and suites, however I took photos of our cancellation regarding the room with the full sz beds.We only used 1 room with double queens.

The room was small for handicapped accessible. Bathroom and shower facilities were good.

No dryer for swimsuits.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was well-rounded with options. The rooms were clean and quiet with ample towels. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The pool was nice. I hope they get a hot tub in the future and fix the dryer so that guests can use the laundry service.

Our room was noisy next to lobby and I had reserved queen beds and pretty sure we got full size .. but it was fine .. also we had handicap room when a tub shower would have been much nicer , there was no counter to put a bag or anything in the bathroom ..

For some reason, our gps directed us off the freeway at the right exit, but then turned us in the wrong direction before telling us we had arrived at our destination. We had not, and had a hard time finding it, but that was not the hotel’s fault.

Located conveniently in the downtown, just off the freeway. Our room was on the small side, but comfortable and spotlessly clean. The included breakfast was very satisfying.

Vending machines could have better options, some of the sheets had an odd stain or two.

Property was in a quiet part of town close to attractions. The breakfast was decent, the staff friendly enough. The pool is nice and the exercise room is small but well equipped for basic exercise sessions.

The bugs in the room. Found a fisher in our bed that we gave to the front desk because where there is one there is more. The noise was outrageous so maybe regulating quiet time would be good because we were up all night with the people next to us yelling, pounding on the floor and walls. But that was the only thing we can say negative because it was a great place and we will be back.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and it was located where we could walk to the river or to the fort. There are shops, cafes etc in the general area and a restaurant in the parking lot.

This was my third time staying there, and will continue to stay there when I visit family. The location is only five minutes from where they live. The staff is recognizing me from repeated visits. They are always friendly. I’ve never had breakfast there, cause we always go out for breakfast, but I could see it was very popular for those staying. I heard this Inn was 100% full for Memorial Day weekend.

we were on the main floor along the backside and there were people rummaging through the garbage bins back there and a man standing in the parking lot yelling at nothing.

The beds were extremely comfortable. Shower was nice. The young woman at the front desk was professional and friendly.

Breakfast was mediocre. Fresh fruit was good, , powdered scrambled eggs, eggs, bacon and sausage weren't good. I'm good with just a good cereal and granola choice but the best option was raisin bran. I went to the store and had my own cereal, yoghurt, granola in my room. I also bought some half and half to put in my cup and walked down to get coffee, coffee was ok, not great.

Service, friendliness, Audrey and Abbey were great, I was there a week and they made me feel at home as much as is possible. Bed was comfortable.

Long black hair on the bathroom floor, broken parts on the door, fridge was warm, pillows are too hard, (for me ) room had a slight smoke smell, and there are no kid cartoons
