0700 too late for coffee and breakfast 0630 at least. Not walking distance to downtown, but free shuttle helped. Tree and bushes attract bugs that fly in room.

The room could use some updating. We were in a larger room, traveling with family, so it would’ve been nice if there were outlets near a mirror not in the bathroom.

Loved the distance to main attractions. The view was great! Staff all very nice.

My mother uses a wheelchair and it was difficult to get into the room due to the step up in several places. Small modifications could be made to assist the wheelchairs.

It was my wife and I and our 2 teenage daughters and only 2 full beds. There was a lot of pushing and kicking and arguing to get enough room to sleep comfortably. That was just my wife, and I couldn't tell you what my daughters did. The parking probably had the same amount of room as the bed little to none.

The staff that I talked to were nice and cleaned my room without requesting it. I like when the housekeeping staff take it upon themselves to do that. There was a fridge that was nice we did use it and was handy. The location of the place seemed to be in the middle of everything driving as far as sites to see.

the only thing bothered us was that the room is very close to the main road so it could get a bit noisy from the traffic in the night or early morning.

the room is clean and has good space. the bathroom has a spacious shower with full bathing supply.

Towel rods were not properly screwed into the bathroom wall. And ended up hanging off the wall on one side.Shower curtain was too short, so water would end up on Bathroom floor.

The location was great. Continental breakfast was great. We had asked for a fan in the room and they supplied. Staff was very nice.

The property at check in was clean. Walking into the hotel room, it presented as "clean". But upon looking further, it was not like any of the photos online. The air conditioner unit had not been cleaned it what seemed like years. Staff did offer to clean it but I did. The unit was completely covered in mold and dust that was both living and crusted , meaning I needed to scrub it. After starting to clean it I decided to take pics. When I finished cleaning it thoroughly I had to run the unit with window and door open for about an hour to air the room out. I suffer from severe allergies to mold and dust mites among other things, so this was very disappointing to me. Needless to say, I did not sleep well entire trip. The inn opens directly to the outside and there were no cold air door stops, and there was a crack between door and deadbolt, so heating unit was necessary to keep on during our stay, especially for the freeze warning night. The refrigerator smelled of old fish and had hairs and crumbs all over the inside. Every surface in hotel was dusty and had stains, chips, cracks, or rust. Lamps, desk, tables, all covered in dust. Toilet was old and dirty. Floor around base of toilet had remnants of urine and lots more hairs. Everything was rusty and not polished. When I went to get into bed at night, there were hairs in the sheets, as if they hadn't even been washed. I basically took some towels and bleach and cleaned the whole room before even trying to enjoy it. During the days I saw staff holding towels and wash cloths with bare hands and close to their bodies. The towels were not in bags and were subjected to germ contraction. It just was not a good look. The woman who worked during breakfast was amazing , courteous, and paid attention to every detail with cleanliness in mind. Reception staff were great. Anna was a sweetheart. Chris offered to clean the AC.

Two things needed improvement: There's a ledge to step up to and down from the room. I understand this is to reduce flooding. However, there should be a reminder on the inside and outside of the room door -- "Step up" "Watch your step", etc. Even "knowing" the step was there, both my husband and I tripped, and my husband took a fall. I believe a little sign could have prevented this. Secondly, an electrical upgrade is needed. There aren't enough outlets for travelers today and our phones, Kindles, computers, etc. Also the lights dimmed whenever the heat or AC came on.

Bathroom didn’t feel clean as it is fairly old and damaged in areas. Limited options at the continental breakfast. Parking also got full and was difficult to get out given the parallel spots right behind regular spots.
