United StatesRoom felt undercared for, it had quite a bit of black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the showerhead was way to low to take a comfortable shower, many holes and cracks, and there was a creepy door without a handle that led to the other room and I had to stuff alittle bit of toiler paper to make sure no one looked through the hole which felt unsettling. There was also alot of commotion like yelling and screaming that I could hear through the walls which was upsetting and disrupted our sleep. And there were some unkindly and unsettling indiviuals that hung out outside of our door most of the nighttime. We also saw an intimidating man that did not look like he was renting from the hotel who was wandering the property who had a knife hidden behind his back in his belt.
Staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and property had all the amenities it promised. Incredibly quick deposit refund which was very convenient.

United StatesUpon arrival, there were about 30 police cars with lights going on the property and the surrounding areas. I understand it’s not the properties fault this happened, but it’s not something nice to roll into in the middle of the night for initial stay. There were a few uncleanly stains in the room, and when I had requested more towels for the room, since it wasn’t stocked for the amount of people I had booked the room for, I was questioned about it. The gentleman at the desk at check-in initially was quick and friendly, especially with the situation going on, and the younger gentleman at checkout was very friendly and accommodating.
Conveniently located off the freeway and centrally located in the Salt Lake Valley.

CanadaThe floor carpet is too dirty and poor customer service. I requested Iron the day I checked and wasn't delivered. Again, in the morning I went to front desk, made new request and Iron wasn't delivered. I have weared my suit, shirt and pants with wrinkle on them.

United StatesAfter driving almost 4 hours to get there, I actually got to town a couple hours too soon to check in. So I drove around for an hour trying to kill some time. Decided to go see if just “maybe” they might have a room ready. And they had a few ready. However, i had to pay $20 extra to check in an ‘1’ hour early. Never heard of that. Other than that it was a nice stay.
The Staff (the gentlemen who checked me) was very friendly and helpful.
