Good position, great gym and facilities.

I forgot the necklace on the table by the bed, we called hotel and reception several times, and left a voice note, but no one has replied, we never got a feedback. So we were disappointed by this lack of communication from the staff.

It was always clean and good looking.

Parking charge seemed unnecessarily high. We later noticed that it is possible to park in the public car park across the street for less.

Good location, walking distance to the beach and pier. Large room with a separate lounge with sofa bed. Nice pool and gym. We loved the light, airy feel of the hotel. Food was very good at breakfast and dinner, although quite expensive.

The neighbourhood was not what we excepted, there were some high traffic streets around and a big parking in front of the hotel. We needed to walk 10-15min to the beach or to the center with some shops and restaurants. We had breakfast included which was ok but if you are staying several nights it’s all the same every day. It would be good to include some healthier options to have some vegetable options and also propose water next to juice self service. The personnel of the restaurant was just ok.

The hotel is modern and clean, we had a room with two double beds and a sofa bed and it was spacious, clean and very confortable. The sofa bed was a bit difficult to do and undo. It would also be useful to have a microwave. The swimming pool was nice as well.

Not great being expected to tip for the breakfast when it included 20% gratuity automatically and we served ourselves. Quite a small room for the price.

Great location. The included breakfast was very good. It was no problem for the staff to rebook us an extra night and have a late 1pm checkout when our flight home got cancelled.

-Pillows offered no support whatsoever. -only option for parking is valet which is super annoying and expensive. It all adds up spending $55 per night on parking then additionally tipping them each you need your car so we opted for cheaper parking over the road which led to us struggling with getting our bags over to the rooms from over a busy road. -fridge was not cool enough and I had to throw out food. No mini freezer compartment in the fridge either. -no wine glasses or bottle opener. -paper cups for coffee in the room is also not what I would expect from Hilton. -no plug so couldn’t use our bath for the kids. -buffet breakfast was not what I would expect from Hilton. Variety changed day to day but not a large amount of options available. Very limited and dissapointment if you were paying for $30 per person. Ours was included thankfully otherwise I wouldn’t have gone back the next 2 mornings. The Scrambled eggs were like a a hard pudding and weren’t seasoned, the Sausages were too sweet and smelt like fish, and the potatoes while perfectly seasoned were every day super soggy. The breakfast was a bit better on our last day particularly with the waffles. Service otherwise was good and breakfast staff were very pleasant and attentive.

Great location, comfy bed and handy having the sofa bed available for a third child. Staff were very pleasant and attentive.

No view from the rooms - ours was of the highway. Aircon was a bit loud. It’s slightly out of main Santa Monica areas but it was fine for us and we didn’t mind the walk. A few blocks from the pier.

The bedroom suite (& communal hotel areas) was modern and well decorated. Having the separate seating area made suite spacious. Swimming pool was a good size and great space after day exploring. Buffet breakfast which was included in room price was great. Staff friendly & helpful.

The accomodation fee they put extra on your room charge which can then be used to buy something in the small shop or in the restaurant.

Location is great. Short walking distances to Santa Monica Pier and other places. Everything was perfect. The public parking garage on the other side of the street is a great alternative if you don‘t want to use the more expensive valet parking service

Parking is quite expensive, at $55/day... but I guess that is the price to pay in LA. My breakfast was included, but menu options seemed quite expensive as well.

Renovated and clean rooms at a central location in Santa Monica, with a good breakfast. Staff was welcoming and the facilities seemed brand new. The room and bathroom were very clean. There is a small market in the lobby, with some groceries and souvenirs.
