The number of reachable outlets from either bed are minimal. The lamps and clock take up a few of them. The clock does have dual usb ports, but doesn't help people on the bed away from the stand. While we did not use the phone, the in-room phone was not connected. They are VoIP, but there is no network drop or patch cable running from the phone to the network. Some of the staff seemed to think the phones were wireless and just not on for the moment. The outlets on the desk are embedded in the lamp, and will allow a plug to fall out if bumped. These kinds of things are minor in our view as we always travel with a multiple plug/usb power strip.

The beds are super comfortable. The water in the shower gets good and hot, and there's plenty of hot water.

Needed a good deep clean. An old wash cloth from previous guest was left along with random strands of hair in the bathroom.

Good location and the staff was very friendly. Hotel does need upgrades.

This is an older hotel where I have stayed of and in for many years. The room in which I stayed was well equipped, clean and relatively well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom, while fully functional and clean, was small. Some touch up would be beneficial...as in replacing the rusted stop on the bathroom door and replacing the obviously "removed by force" door security guard device. and some touch painting in places.

Hospitable professional staff. Clean room, linens, towels, etc. Fair price. Located in a quiet and convenient area.

Loved the olden days motel feel in a modernized room. Near everything. Adored the chickens running around the property.

The only thing to improve is a little bit of maintenance. It seemed there were some places around the property that could use a bit of paint--just some freshening up. I also felt our bathroom could use some freshening up. The tub floor appeared to be damaged and didn't look totally clean (though it probably was as clean as you could get it). The corners on the bathroom floor looked like they had accumulated dirt (as they do after awhile--or it could be just the appearance after many years of wear). These are not show-stoppers though!

Breakfast was outstanding--nice selection! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the uniqueness of the property. The little pub was a nice place to hang out in the evening. My sister took many photos of your beautiful roosters and the young chicks. She plans to do a painting of them! Thank you for providing a computer for guest use. I also liked that you had a place to hang up clothes and an ironing board & iron in the room. Finally, we enjoyed walking around the property and adjacent properties for a morning or evening walk--felt very safe.

Not a fan of the roosters at 6:30 in the morning. Breakfast was gross. One of our beds squeaked and I was afraid it was going to break with my active kids.

Location is good. I liked that there were menus in the lobby for quick reference for food. The place looks nice. Bonus that parking is right in front of our door.

Almost all of the light bulbs were out in our room.

I wish the breakfast had been fresh. The breakfast was ok just limited..more like snacks.
