To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe pool was nice but not enough chairs. There was enough space for more chairs so people won’t have to constantly walk around the pool deck to wait for someone to get up from their chair so they have somewhere to sit. It was annoying to try and find a chair at the pool.

CanadaWe received a text message form the hotel everyday with a suggestion for a different activity. We booked to go on the Eiffel Tour top one day, but we were never able to go but it was closed for 3 days. I was told that I would get a refund automatically from TicketMaster, but I had to contact them myself to get it.
This hotel is one of the iconic ones in Vegas. Really nice pool under the Eiffel Tour, lots of things to do - Eiffel Tour, great rooftop Bar facing the Bellagio fountains, free "Moulin Rouge" on Fridays and Saturdays etc.. The room was nice and clean, and the parking is very accessible.

United States of AmericaA couple of the restaurants were off the scale, price-wise. Who pays $100 for a steak dinner, per plate? Also, we were not able to get to the observation deck of the tower, but that was not against the hotel, as the weather wasn't cooperating.
Being mid-strip is great. You can walk most any place you want to from here...bring your walking shoes! We toured many of the hotels on the strip during our trip, and this is one of our favorites. The ambiance is excellent! The room was clean. We would not hesitate to go back!

United KingdomWe didn’t see a cleaner for two days and I had to find one so I could empty the bins and get clean towels, it was really hard to speak to someone at the reception area as always busy, went to the cafe downstairs to get a tea got a cup of hot water and a teabag on top on the lid and was changed nearly seven dollars, so I bought a kettle as you don’t supply them and made my own tea
The room was a nice size, the location was really good, the pool was closed.

They let us check in early for 50.00 and gave us a great room overlooking the pool and strip. It was excellent. The hotel is pretty centrally located too.

United States of AmericaThe check in time was absurdly long... When it was finally my turn the treatment was awful. I received a one-bed room although my reservation was for 2 beds. The solution at the reception was to cancel the reservation and go to find other hotel. At that point it was impossible and inconvenient because we were tired and normally walk-in prices are higher. My dad of 75 years old had to sleep in a sofa in the room (no sofa-bed) during our 4 nights stay.
Location was great and housekeeping staff was very helpful.
