United StatesRoom had a nice balcony but the little metal chairs were not so comfortable and the view was not great, overlooking the dirty rooftop of an out-building next door. Room rates were a bit pricey.
Great location, very quiet and clean, well-maintained, lovely facilities and furnishings, nice amenities. Breakfast buffet had a great high-quality selection. Lovely courtyard for outdoor dining. Pool was small but very nice and clean. Staff were all super friendly and helpful!

United StatesStaff at breakfast were less than enthused to be there. Offerings were blah. At over $500 a night...cheap melons and small yogurts with bland bulk food-like granola. And you have such beautiful bakeries in town...why not partner with them on pastries? And why cheap China made coffee mugs in the rooms? You sell beautiful hand crafted mugs in the lobby but then don't have them for your guests for morning in room coffee? You miss an opportunity to partner deeper with a local potter and create an on brand experience for guests. And, single use pods are not sustainable BTW.

United StatesGood location in downtown Healdsburg. Staff a bit incompetent when it comes to Booking.com bookings. Tried to charge us nightly room rate even though we had prepaid. Took 3 people to figure it out. No apologies just disagreeing with us even though we were right. Breakfast used to be included but now separate billing. Food nothing to get excited over and the service is so slow. I know it’s California but geez does it really take 20 minutes for a toasted bagel. Better options are available for hotels and I’d consider them over H2.

United StatesThe room (studio king) was small compared to the photos. We were also put in a room that had issues with the wifi (the front desk staff said they had had complaints from our room and the one next to us; so WHY put us there?). When I spoke to the manager, he said they had not had a complain in the last month (even though the front desk staff had just told me that wasn't the case) and he made me feel like he did not believe me. Our only option was to move down the hall but we had already unpacked. It was very disappointing. The front desk staff also did not have great suggestions when asking about different options around town. Overall, they did not seem well prepared.
The location of the hotel is great. It is right and town and easy to walk places.

United StatesThe parking situation at H2 is unacceptable for any group. The valet can handle 1 car per 10 minutes. long delays on checkin and checkout. The elevator was broken both days we stayed. The was not an acceptable level of bell service for guests. The hotel is understaffed , except at breakfast. The staff averaged 25 years old and were untrained. Our party was locked out of our rooms on day of checkout and checkin, due to front desk training issues. No staff had called for elevator repair, we finally had to call the sister property at hotel Healdsburg to speak to the GM before elevator repairs were scheduled. The staff failed to notify our party that a key was required to turn on power in the rooms and the location of the device. The staff failed to pass out our breakfast vouchers to the 20 guests at checkin, causing delays the next morning. We received terrible service during our stay from start to finish. The staff was not trained in hotel operations and there was no one that could be construed as a manager that could handle anything more than taking a credit card and issuing room keys. 90% of the party agreed that they would not return to the H2.
