United StatesIt would be nice if they gave guests a breakfast fruit basket, with maybe instant oatmeal and little boxes of cold cereal and milk and orange juice and muffins, strawberries, oranges and grapes, just an idea of what could be put in a basket. United StatesI arrived during a heatwave, and the air conditioning for the motel had just gone out. They already had an electrician on the way, but it still took until the following afternoon to get some of the rooms taken care of. Mine was one of the rooms still without AC, and the manager was able to move me to a larger room with working AC for the remainder of my stay, which turned out to be an additional 3 days. Outside of a couple of noisy neighbors in my original location, the lack of AC at the beginning of my stay was the only issue.

United StatesThe bed was bowed and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. The towels were non-absorbent. When I checked out at 9:30 in the morning on a Thursday, the office door was locked. A man who may have been a maintenance person was in the office, and when he saw me trying to open the door, which was locked, he opened it. I said I was checking out and handed in the keys. He hadn't said a word and took the keys and then lock the door.

Our recent stay at the Holiday Motel in Oakdale was fantastic, thanks to the friendly and professional front desk couple. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel truly welcome and at ease. Their positive attitude and attentive service really stood out. The motel itself is noticeably nicer and cleaner than in the past — you can tell it’s under new management and being taken care of with pride. The improvements are clear, and it made our stay much more enjoyable. Because of the excellent service we received, we decided to rebook and continue staying here. I’ve stayed at this location before, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and affordable stay in Oakdale!

United StatesWorst location to ever stay at. We had to wait pass 5pm to get our room. Once we received room the water from the shower ran for over 1hr. Room was nasty! Wasn’t cleaned, vacuumed, no toilet paper, no towels. Sheets from bed were not changed, blood and yellow marks all over pillows and blankets. Also rooms were getting cleaned by people that were definitely on some type of drugs. Worst place to ever stay!

The toilet was appalling and we got our security deposit back and left. We didn’t even ask for a refund we just turned the keys in and left. The lady asked if there was a problem? I wanted to ask her if she would let her grandmother stay there? The property and residents were extremely scary!!!
