Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Old tv in living area and couch but I think it’s being renovated which means I would go back. I could not close the curtains over to block out light and for privacy. A sauce pan and cutting board would be helpful in the kitchen. The coffee machine did not work but had a wonderful staff member replace it. Liked that it was easy to walk straight into hotel past the swimming pool but was wondering do people feel safe with the pool open to the car park. Not sure did not get the chance to go for a swim.
Great staff. Very clean. Great space In suite. Quality breakfasts. Felt safe. Easy parking. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to great restaurants and book shop. Swimming pool area looked good!

Loved the room and location. They were remodeling, but other than parking, it was great! My husband was racing karts at Daytona.

I'm not sure if it was because they were renovating... but our room smelled VERY strongly like meals on wheels or an old folks home.
The price and location was perfect. The room had a pull out sofa in the livingroom portion so the kids slept there. It was nice to have the full kitchen and a separate area for the kids to sleep.

It is very dark outside the property at night. Distance wise you should be able to walk to restaurants and shopping but due to lack of proper lighting, I did not feel comfortable doing that. Also staff saying hello and goodbye with a tone that they hate their life, just opt to say nothing.
The room was a nice little suite with a small kitchen. It would be great for a multiday stay. Room was clean and ac worked well.

The breakfast staff were nice and fast with refilling the bar. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. The maintenance man was fast to fix our air conditioning unit.

Ice maker on my floor didn’t work
Didn’t use breakfast. Place was clean and spacious but a little battered. For example the kitchen table had been repaired with a obvious metal strut

It's your typical hotel. Typical breakfast stuff. Not really anything overwhelming. Honestly, I expect a little more from Hilton.

As far as the room goes, we thought the pillows were a little too soft, it would’ve been nice to have soft pillows and hard pillows. We know that it’s hard to accommodate every type of guest pillow but the pillows were just a little too soft so we didn’t sleep very well. The shower pressure could take the dirt off of the dirtiest kid, It was pretty intense. But the room overall great value, great location, we got a lot of room for the price we paid.
It was nice it was clean and in a great location.

The bed in our room on Monday (09/25) needed a new mattress. This is the first time we've had a bad mattress and a bad nights sleep at a Homewood Suite. The mattress in that room definitely needs to be replaced. When checking in on Monday (09/25) we requested the same room we had with our other reservation on Sunday (09/24) but the clerk on duty at that time told us the room was not available. My husband was talking to the clerk when we checked out on Tuesday morning (09/26) and told him that we had a bad mattress that night and that we had requested the same room we had on on Sunday (9/24) but were told it wasn't available. That clerk checked an said the room had been available, so he didn't didn't understand why we were told it wasn't available.
The room was quiet and the bed slept very good on our Sunday, 09/24 stay. The breakfast was good.
