We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I told the desk maneger but she wasn't worried about it .The internet did not work .The TV did not work. I was too tired to leave and the airfreshner helped. United States of AmericaWhen I check when I got checked in it was only one person check out everybody in it was online. It was she did not volunteer any information I had to ask for everything and ask where everything was. Dishes should already be in your your room like your pots and pants all that should be already in there you shouldn't have to ask for it. And if somebody has dogs especially when they're disabled disability and they have service dogs you don't put them at the end of the hall where you have to walk a long ways just to take your dogs out. Especially when you have to take your dogs out quite often. When you going to have breakfast coffee is part of breakfast but you need to have like muffins donuts dry cereal milk and stuff like that that's breakfast not just coffee. Thanks for asking

United States of AmericaI did not stay for the breakfast I actually checked out a day early due to rude staff that came on the last day I am still in contact with the general manager to get a refund for another night of me dealing with pissy mattresses in both rooms where my daughters were supposed to sleep the kitchen facilities were horrendously dirty I needed to change rooms at 1:00 in the morning and the room still weren't up to par I was given the general manners Joe's number to discuss with her another night of refund I left yesterday and still have not gotten a phone call after three voicemails over the last 3 days this was a horrible experience

United States of AmericaSide stand next to the bed - drawer kept falling out, staff was extremely cold, and this facility is extremely unmaintained and dirty in virtually every area. Did not like the fact that the kitchen was not supplied with anything. Fitness room was awful! It shared with the laundry room, and it was hot and muggy and smelled like laundry in that room. Management is nonexistent, unaware, and this is the last time I will stay at an extended suites property. At the rate of $100 a night, it is an extreme rip off.

United States of AmericaThe smell. It smelled like pets and BO. Found a couple bugs crawling on the wall. Bathroom cleaning chemicals left on bathroom sink. Front desk clerk just gave me my key when I got there, I had to ask where my room was, how to get there. When I came out for breakfast in the morning, I asked where do they hold it. She pointed to the corner of the front tiny lobby and said we usually have stuff like Oatmeal, but only have coffee right now. Breakfast hours started an hour before that. No one smiled. Not once. Came into contact with 3 different staff members.
That there was a big table to put my bags on. Bed was ok as far as comfortable.
