We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We did find another hotel in the area that had a first-floor room instead. We called them back and canceled our reservation with Michelle.

United StatesElevator doesn't work, staff said it has been out of service for a month. I was not told at time of booking. Being elderly, carrying suitcases up 20 stairs was very difficult. They should have had an employee act as a bellboy to help those in need.

The breakfast was sad, the only good thing was the hot coffee. The room was aged and could use lots of cleaning and improvement. Glad it was just one night.

United StatesRoom wasn’t that good. Uncomfortable bed and no hang out chair other than a desk chair. Pillows were very flat and there were only 3 of them. Found an empty condom wrapper on the floor. Vending didn’t have ice so I had to go out and buy a bag. Couldn’t get the temp correct in the room. It was either too hot of too cold.

United StatesAdvertising shows modern furniture and lighting. NOT THE CASE HERE. But the light fixtures were from the 1970s and furniture was from the 1980s. The microwave had burn marks on the outside of the oven, the exhaust hood is partially melted. The dresser the TV was on, was so low that lying in bed your feet block half the picture. You need to modernize the rooms!
Employees were very nice. They work hard. Employees were very helpful, nice, and always doing work. But you need to keep someone at the front desk at all times or at least a method to contact them at the front desk, so they know a Guests need help/assistance. Just to check in, I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes and started a call to customer service, and that is when Employee showed up.

United StatesThe room was kind of beat up. The refrigerator in the room wasn't working when I got there, but it was replaced quickly. One of the cabinet doors was missing. There was only one chair at the table, and the table was beat up. The bureau was dented and drawers marred. The TV was a little too small to see from the bed closest to the bathroom. There must have been a leak from the room upstairs at one time because there are water stains on the ceiling above the tub; in fact, one spot dripped a rust colored drop on me when I was showering - I thought I'd cut myself somewhere. I think I expected the room to be...more appointed I guess - Like maybe you were in the process of re-doing the rooms that hadn't been re-painted, refreshed, etc. and this one was last on the list.
Your staff members at the front desk were fantastic! They were friendly, in a good mood, greeted me when I arrived. It was my first stay at Extended Stay and I had had a long trip, so being welcomed was nice. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were clean and comfy.
