Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesI wanted to extend a night and it took hours to find out how to do it. Multiple transfers, dropped calls, very frustrating. The cleaning staff stole my son's perscription meds. They had me fill out a "lost item" report, didn't return my calls as promised. The trash cans in the unit are very small so we had to make multiple runs to the outside trash bins. We were dissappointed in the advertised firepit. Only one, by the pool, and you had to pay $25 for a smores kit. I had brought everything but the sticks but I had to buy the whole package if I wanted them.
The breakfest food and concept were excellent. The pool with Legos was a big hit.

Saudi ArabiaThere was signs between the rooms that were too low i saw some a member hit their head which is not good. they should make it higher or make it further away since it could happen to anyone.

United StatesNothing...we really liked it all.
Legoland Hotel...with Adventure theme...was perfect backdrop for our three-night stay. The kids loved the bunk bed, their own TV and the treasure chest surprises. The swimming pool and waterslides were big hits, too. The Shipwreck Cafe, located in the adjoining Pirate Hotel, worked well for us...and the staff there and everywhere were amazing...so friendly, accomodating...and fun. The park itself was a lot of fun...our kids 5 and 8 years old...it was perfect age for enjoying most of the rides...we appreciated the truly kid-centric design and thoughtful touches throughout the resort.

QatarBreakfast was weird. Why not an open buffet? I feel like there was more food waste this way.
Nice pool area, liked play areas and front porch, room was small, but well equipped, mini figures were a hit, staff were all really nice

United StatesWe had the wrong name displayed on our TV during our stay, causing us to question if we were in the correct room. Disappointed that the bricks restaurant was closed. Disappointed that one of the elevators was out of order; we were looking forward to the disco music & lights. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was awful...water came out of the faucet slowly & in a narrow stream. (This was fixed the second day of our stay.) For our first breakfast, we waited 20-25 minutes after being seated to receive our drinks (to include lukewarm decaf coffee) and another 15-20 for our food. Our server was very friendly yet moved very slowly. No manager on-site until 3pm the day of our check-out. We absolutely drew the line after finding THREE DIFFERENT TYPES OF BUGS IN OUR ROOM (on the 5th floor), one of them being in my daughter's bed. Even after we were offered a "deep cleaning" of the room, which we're not sure ever happened, we still found the bug we killed earlier that day on the carpet exactly where it fell. This was our 3rd stay at the Legoland Hotel and we were, admittedly, disappointed for the very first time.
The staff was amazing...everyone was very friendly!

Appreciate the shuttle service and liked being right near Publix. We appreciated the peace and quiet at Beach retreat vs the main hotel and would stay here again.

United StatesThe breakfast was good but the set up & service was very poor. It's set up as a buffet but have a table service system. The staff were not efficient or communicating with the customers. We waited one hour just to end up ordering our breakfast to go.
Our hotel room was very nice & cozy. I loved the attention to detail & cleanliness. The pool area was also very nice & family friendly.

United StatesAlthough the hotel has three restaurants, the food option is not great. Bricks dinner Buffett was inedible, shipwrecks was overpriced and skyline ( the best tasting of the three) just didn’t have enough options. Breakfast was decent. Hotel has only two elevators and during peak hours you will be waiting a long time. Also be aware everything is located in the lobby, restaurants, play area , gift shop, registration. During the peak hours ( 9 am and 5 pm)it is overcrowded and crazy.
Love the location , steps away from the park, hotel has friendly staff and the activities were fun. Also, the hotel has a beautiful boardwalk , very relaxing walk. The hotel is very kid friendly ;bathrooms have small toilet seats and step stools.

United StatesThe staff forgot to tell us to get a slip for our car when we parked it , luckily my husband saw some people with it in there car and had to ask. Also at 4 am someone was leaf blowing for an hour right by our window . Also the free breakfast was so terrible the kids even said it. Cold food, not enough food, took a long time to get it and when we asked for more eggs it came out cold again. The next day we ate off the property .
Amazing property, clean, fun for kids, putt putt golf and fire pit in back for smores both at an additional charge . Lake in the back is so beautiful! When we headed to the park it was right around the corner.

United StatesThe hotel room and dining room looked grungy. There was no self service in the dining room for breakfast.
The room looks outdated and it should be cleaner. There were a few people in the hotel so only the pirate hotel breakfast was open, which is not as nice as the Legoland hotel breakfast. The service was very good.

United StatesOur refrigerator was not cold it froze up so they replaced it. The new one worked fine. The Kerig coffee maker leaked all over and they replaced it but the second one also leaked, so no coffee in the morning.
The kids loved the room bunk beds and we liked it was their own room with a curtain. The king bed was very comfy. The kids loved the Lego movies on repeat. The breakfast was great and all you can eat.
