I did not like the fact that I was charged $55 per day "destination/facility fee", and that I had to pay for loungers at the pool, and tubes for the lazy river over and above this fee. I expect that by paying the room rate, and the unexpected "destination/facility fee" that these facilities would be included. I feel that the hotel used every opportunity to charge us extra, which is not in line with normal hotel practice.

The staff at the lobby were cold and not really helpful. The room was not completely cleaned, we found some small trash on the floor. The hotel is a little old fashioned. There is no refill water at the hotel.

The rest of the staff( security people) were kind and helpful.

Rooms are dark, very dark. Needs more lighting. The casino and areas around the casino smelled strongly of cigarettes even though there were no smoking signs all over. The room service menu was limited.

Close to MGM Garden Arena, where the concert we came for was located. Room was clean. Housekeeping was responsive to anything we needed. Room service French fries were amazing.

In the morning at 10 a.m., they were drilling with a drill, and it was very disturbing. The sheets had stains.

Check-in could be easier. There are kiosks to check in and get your key, but they are not well signed or explained. Several people, including me, had to seek advice from employees on how to use it. In person check-in was even worse because of long lines and limited staff on duty.

This hotel, in spite of being one the biggest on the strip and generally packed with guests, does everything right. The facilities are clean, modern and packed with plenty of things to do. The staff is uniformly approachable, polite, kind and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay a pleasant one. It's location is near the end of the strip, but the rest of it is easily accessible by foot or the monorail which has a station right in the hotel. I was genuinely surprised that a hotel this big could be so excellent.

We had noose as there was building work going on above us in the day and after jet lag it was not ideal i complained to reception and they refunded the taxes for the stay which was some form of gesture to account for the lack of sleep

You have to bring your own tube or pay a ridiculous fee to rent one for the lazy river. We could never find a table game under 25.00, even early in the morning. You have to walk a long way through shopping on the same side of the road to get to the next hotel/casino.

Good value, easy access to the cheaper casinos on the strip. Room was small but comfortable.

No coffee making facilities in-room. Impossible to find shade round the pool complex - no umbrellas!! On the Sunday, the DJ music round the pool was offensively loud with both the DJ and the music cursing/swearing all the time - an horrendous atmosphere and completely inappropriate for children. And there was nowhere to avoid it.

Beautiful newly refurbished rooms, good pool complex. Courtney who helped us with self check in was absolutely lovely.

Stayed in the MGM Grand with family and overall it was a nice experience. The room was good with ample space inside. The front desk was friendly and helpful. They reversed the charges which were auto posted by the sensor for Room refreshments, not consumed. They gave helpful tips on parking and the swimming pool access. The lazy pool was nice, but $30 for a tube was a bit more. The check-in and check-out process is fully automated at the kiosk available there to get the room access card. The casino area was always monitored by staff. Missed the microwave in the room, later learnt it can be rented for a fee per night. Overall nice experience, will stay there again.

Couch uncomfortable. No security lock in the suite I paid $400 a night for. Not enough late night food.

Room was huge, two TVs was awesome, bed was okay. Love the location, love easily getting to and from dinner.
