We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesIt was very difficult to know what you were purchasing as there were so many different buildings being rented at this website. They are all associated with the one owner but you may not realize they are in different buildings. Some of the buildings are not suitable for elderly people (stairs/elevator out of service). It was our first time in ocean city, NJ and first time renting. Very difficult. We did not understand what we purchased. GOD was good to us and as I went to front desk to tell them the unit we rented was not accommodating to our elderly relative - another guest was registering and offered her room to us. It would have been awful IF she had not come forward and been kind. The desk was trying to help us but there was nothing available. The room we changed to was inadequate in space for three people. It was minuscule. It was immaculately cleaned by their maid service!!! Cannot say enough about the staff.
Very clean. Maid service was amazing!!! Ladies in the office were most helpful, kind and courteous. Location to the boardwalk and beach entrance were amazingly close. My 86 year old mother-in-law was able to walk the distance. Nice boardwalk seating at this entrance too/with shade.

United StatesI was a little surprised that I had to “rent” a beach tag from them. In the past, at other hotels, I would just give a deposit to borrow a tag but didn’t actually have to pay anything. Not a big deal (just $3 a day), just a little surprised by this.
Location was great, just a block from the beach and boardwalk. The two staff members were very nice and made me feel welcome.
