The floor was really dirty. Somebody should tell the staff that a floor is a part of the room. All other things were clean. I was costing more than I'd expect for such a place but maybe market in that part of Colorado is specific.

It is an accommodation for people in social conditions but despite that it was ok for 1 week stay.

There seems to be a lot of transients and homelessness in the location of this hotel.

I liked the young woman at reception. She went out of her way to ensure everything was right in my room.

The faucet in the shower almost comes off when you pull the stopper to take a shower. The room smells like cigarettes. The room was freezing when we walked in. The walls were empty. The furniture was all worn and just not in fantastic shape. The place it's self seed sketchy especially when the Westminster PD shows up at 12 am banging on a door. Just seems run down, and we tried to check out at like 8 and the front desk wasn't open yet... A bunch of little things... Just seems run down. The one lady that checked us in was good, but other than that I'm glad we were there just to sleep....

No exercise room, no phone, no coffee maker, plus had to put $100 filler damage deposit. It's been 6 days and deposit hasn't been return back to me.

There was no housekeeping The whole floor smelled like feet and beef We needed a later checkout and the manager was so rude and u helpful. Asking about how much I make a year and saying I’ll have to pay $300 for the housekeeper to clean it if I stayed past 12:00.

Thé bedroom was very cozy and clean when we got in.

They treated me like I was a problem wouldn't let me rebook my room even though they said I could. And because they failed to tell me the truth about my staying there I had to ask for a late checkout and took my deposit from me cause I asked for a late checkout even though they made the mistake telling me 1 thing then another. Also a shooting happened in the buildinbwhile being there and the staff failed to mention what happened. And the manager lady treated me horribley rude she discriminated and profiled me as this hoodlum because of my appearance. Ex.(Tattoos and Piercings). O and someone had defecate in the elevator and no one did anything but left it and never cleaned it up.

I liked the convenience of the location for food and transportation is walking distance.

exteriorior was better than interior. interior of property needs overhaul and paint throughout hallways and unit. carpet needs steam cleaned or replaced.

The CSC Go machines are way too expensive. $3.25 to wash and $3.25 to dry. Although they do work well, that's as pricey as I've ever seen. Brings the term 'price gouging' to mind. Especially after 3 loads of laundry!

Oliver is the best. We had to check in early and not only did oliver accommodate us, oliver was as thorough, professional and helpful as anyone could be. That applies to most of the staff as well. The rooms are neat and tidy and the elevator works pretty good too.

I didn't like anything this place is a scam they screwed me out of $65 I booked it they wouldn't answer the door they wouldn't answer the phone they wouldn't answer emails they weren't answer messages nothing I tried to get a hold of customer service nothing this place is a joke I'm very disappointed at this place I will never ever ever consider going here ever again this place can shove it you know where sincerely Charles .
