The toilets were filthy and the beach view was obstructed bybthe building below on the second floor. I like that no one can give us extra towels and paper towels. Really bad room services.

They made you pay to rent chairs that they setup early in the morning. Otherwise you didn’t get a view of the ocean and had to set up your own stuff behind all their chairs that blocked the view. Why am I paying so much for a room there if I have to pay even more for a chair to enjoy the view of the beach I came to visit. Also; the room was not clean. Dirt everywhere, sticky tables. My 9 month old was covered in black from the floors within the first 10 minutes of being there.

Parking was atrocious, paid nearly $1,000 a night after all the FL fees were added in, and was still forced to park across a busy, multi lane road and walk, while construction workers were given patron parking spots on the property. The ceiling fans were so loud and rickety they could not be used-looked like they would fly off the ceiling. Very little toilet paper supplied for 5 ppl for a week supply. As we were packing up to leave, a roach the size of my hand strolled across the living room. Been coming here for many years and the facility has steadily declined. Probably won't be back.

Normal small things that should be provided at those prices were not provided. Like soap that was empty. And coffee for at least 1 morning. It’s sad that hospitality has gotten so bad at places like this. I was even asked to send them photos of a broken shower rod so that maintenance could see what to repair. It’s like the customer is expected to do part of the work. I’m surprised they didn’t ask me to fix it for them. The metal was rusty on fixtures. The shower is just a dirty tub and shower curtain. Nothing special at all. Especially for like $500 per night. The floors have been poorly installed with gaps. Most of the furniture is old and outdated. The beds were terrible and squeaky and moved easy. Again. Just poor quality.

The staff was no help when checking in I had to wonder to find my room. My room smelled it was not properly cleaned. The bed had a big dip in it very uncomfortable the couches had odd stains. Towel where dirty some still wet with sand. The bed was still with dirty sheets just had a new cover on top. I had to clean before letting my kids touch anything. When I messaged and shared pictures it was two numbers texting different things. Very irritating and nothing got solved nor refunded as they said they would.

Location was the best selling point, and the restaurant was delicious. Also the store was a big plus.

The construction that was in progress that i didnt know of until after booking . I wanted to pick another resort to visit but , it is was non-refundable. The children’s splash pad was closed as well as the outside pool (which is why I came . My daughter is 7) The tub was clogged , so while showering the water would be up past my ankles . I had to go buy new shower curtains because the ones in the room had mildew on the hooks and the liner was nasty ! We also had 2 tvs in the living room . One mounted on the wall , the other sitting on a small table underneath. Very strange !

Transparency, only told after the fact about construction . Shower would not drain, 9 inch hair clog !! Pictures on request!! Sliding door lock broken. 2 TV 's different programming. Had to watch sports on bedroom t.v.

The facilities are super old and I little bit dirty and the fact that they don’t offer house keeping services to clean when you are more than 3 nights is not logic for me,also de beds and the sofa bed is super uncomfortable and there’s no pillows at the sofa too I think that the price is just not accurate with what you offer

The condo set up was not good. You could not set outside and chat with others due to the AC unit. You could not see the beach, it's obstructive view. The condo was semi cool, no breeze in master room. Only one lamp in master room. No water pressure what so ever. The utensils were bare.

The beach was definitely our favorite.

outdoor pool and hot tub too cold, wash your own towels, charged you if you need more, if you ran out of soaps including dish soap and trash bags you had to buy your own, dirty dishes were found in the cupboard, trash and pillows were under couch and dressers, cleaning staff needs to do a better job at sweeping under furniture it only takes 60 seconds with a broom for under a bed.

The bed was comfortable, The beach was awesome, loved the clear water. indoor pool was set at a great temperature, the room itself was nice. {other that the cleaning services} the chairs were comfortable to sit in, the restaurant in the facility was a good place to eat at, I recommend their nachos, the store that is there provided everything you need and other items.

We did not have washer/dryer in room. Fee for chairs and umbrella was high, should have been included.
