I found a dirty towel hanging from my shower. Which I can see missing. My problem was that I told someone about and no one came to take it away or say oops my bad. They just wrote something down. I knew there was no breakfast...it would have been nice. I am glad they had a apple and granola bar available.
Overall helpful and it was fine place to stay. It was cheaper than anything else I could find. Didn't get to check the pool or anything, but it was nice to have one. Having a small fridge was helpful for my leftovers.

Coffee cups in the room were bad. Took my coffee from the maker and the bottom came out, spilling the whole cup of hot coffee on my leg.

The ice machine was broken but another one further away was available. Main objective was the toilet so low to the ground and the parking lot needs some drainage.
The outdoor swimming pool was a nice area. Our room was adequate, just average.

The shower head you could slide up or down, It wouldn't stay up. When taking a shower it flooded the whole bathroom and started to come out into the room and on to the carpet. Had an area for smokers with a bench was nice but not when it's raining. Parking if you come in late you will not get a spot anywhere close to your room. But the was a weekend in July.
It was clean. The staff was nice. Beds were very comfortable. They had a nice bench in the shade for smokers.

Room was small for the large bed and furniture pieces; my spouse and I were constantly having to roll the desk chair to allow the other into the restroom area. The sink and bathroom area had an odd smell, I believe it was the water. Furniture was worn. Room was cleaned every three days, would have preferred every two days as I was in a soccer tournament and taking many showers.
Bed was reasonably comfortable, cleanliness of the room good. Location ideal for getting to the waterfront and downtown restaurants, also nearby Tom's grocery and more modest restaurants. The coffee at the lobby was excellent and, although breakfast wasn't served, they offered apples, granola bars and dog biscuits. Plenty of drink and snack vending machines, although we chose to stock our fridge with grocery purchases. I appreciated the small bottles of shampoo and conditioner and that the front desk had a stock of complimentary toiletries if you needed them. Also had lists of restaurants and other recommended attractions. The buildings looked freshly painted and well maintained.

Price is expensive , no water cooler ( in summer). We requested rooms be nearby upon booking one month ago and yet our rooms are quite far apart.
