Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The continental breakfast was supposed to run until 9 AM during the week and 9:30 AM on the weekends. I went down to breakfast on Tuesday at about 8:55am. Yes I know I was cutting it close, but I didn’t want any food. I just wanted to get some orange juice. All the lights are shut off and the orange juice machine was also turned off. I Did find the woman and I did ask her to turn the machine back on, and she did so, but not very pleasantly. In the elevator I was speaking to another couple that was staying there and they stated that she’s been turning the lights off and starting to clean up at about 845 every morning. Wednesday was no different. She actually turned the light out on a family eating their cereal.
The location was wonderful. It had a small fitness center for my boyfriend to run on the treadmill in the morning. The staff was pleasant

The first room they gave us left much room to be desired but they changed our room immediately upon our request.
WiFi was intermittent. Breakfast was great for 'On The Go'. Lobby, Restaurant and bathrooms where very clean.

The Kleenex was more like paper towels. Ugh! We missed free breakfast because we didn't know the time ( & forgot to ask) and it was only served from 7:00 - 9:00am.
Nice large room with microwave. Staff was very friendly. Great location.

The microwave was dirty and smelled...the room had no service bed was unmade, dirty towels left and had to go to desk to receive new towels... Breakfast minimal and not fresh....Saturday breakfast no eggs...Sunday no fruit
The price....they reserved us a bottom floor that we needed...the room was nice

Crowd "hanging out" by hotel front door. Dingy bathroom.

The refrigerator stop getting cold for about 12 hours. But it was fine because we didn’t have any food/ drinks that really needed to stay cold or frozen.
The staff was amazing. They made sure we were comfortable and satisfied.

i had beetles in my room and you could hear every time someone closed the heavy door. also I was notified that I’d be in a conjoined room blocked off by just a door .

I prepaid and then found a second charge from the hotel on my card. Stated once I arrived a CC was needed for deposit but my card would not be charged. I was charged 2x for 1 night stay. I'm still trying to get refunded.

No blankets, the blind didnt go up so I didn't get any sunshine plus the air conditioning unit was you loud when it came on during the day and very disturbing at night

They put a $250 hold on your card that’s suppose to drop when you check out. It’s been 6 days since I’ve checked out, and the hold is still on the card.
They actually have a real breakfast for you, not just a continental breakfast.

Booked a room with two queen beds, got there and got a room with one queen bed and no air; changed rooms but had to pay more. No problem and staff was nice but not what was planned through booking .com

The location of the pool was not so great as it is next to the interstate and it is very noisy there.
The location was very good for me as I was traveling a lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
