We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The photos made the hotel look nicer than it actually was. The drawers in the bedroom wouldn't stay shut they had to tape them up so they would shut.

United StatesOnly 1 wash cloth in the room. No shampoo and a used bottle of conditioner. Floor was not vacuumed. I wear slippers socks. Had 2 pieces of copper stuck to my socks when walking around in the room. Not sure where they got those little bed pillows from.
Breakfast was good. Closing at 9am is a little early for some people. Staff were friendly.

United StatesOur door had some issues. We dealt with it but it needs to be fixed. The hotel needs to be updated some but it is nice for what it is.
Large room, private space for my husband and myself from the kids, without having to pay extra for an adjoining room. Nice indoor pool, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate. We tried not to ask too much of them but they still went above and beyond. Breakfast was decent too. Attendant was very good about keeping things out for people until breakfast ended

United StatesThe coffee in the room was not very good. The scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs and were cold. But they had a waffle maker which saved the day.
The bed was comfortable and the suite was spacious. There was a tv in the living room and the bedroom. The location was great. There was a vast selection of places to eat and would accommodate a range of budgets.

Like that is a suite at a really good price and included breakfast 😋 Parking was included.
