This place is really nice, modern facilities. Very nice kitchen and utensils. Every room had a TV. Living room is comfortable. Very good value for money if you are a group. The breakfast is super good! The beach is a short walk.

The rooms are not directly at the beach, which you don‘t really see on booking.com, where only the main building with reception is located at the beach. However, this is only a 5-10 minute walk and the staff would also drive you there, if it is requested.

The reception and rooms are very nicely decorated in a mix of Bali and Japanese style. It is extremly clean and everything is well maintained. The best however is the food. You need to book with breakfast, as this is extraordinary. We also had dinner, which was the best food we had for years.

Location is a little out of the city, but can easily be addressed with Grab.

The staff, especially Ngoc Tu, were excellent and committed to making my stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment room was very comfortable and the decor pleasing to the eye.

The property is very isolated from the attractions in both Da nang and Hoi An. It's more suited to a longer stay but if you're there for two - three nights you might not enjoy it much since you'll spend time traveling to both the cities.

The rooms are marvellous. Absolutely a delight to stay in. I also liked the fact that the beach is so accessible.

The WiFi was slow and on a particular day didn’t work. The pictures are a bit misleading, it’s not a beachfront location. The apartments are on a building in a huge complex with access to the beach, however this building is right at the entrance near the road. The beach is not far, but if you are expecting beach view, this is not the place. On the other hand the beach is not well maintained and quite dirty. This is not to blame on the property, unfortunately the whole strip of beach around is like that.

The staff was helpful and quick to help our requests (extra blanket, borrowed cash to pay a taxi), though for some reason they wouldn’t help posting some postcards on our departure.

The location was isolated from any food choices for lunch and dinner. We didn’t realise that the accommodation was in a gated community so we were not prepared for the lack of ability to get food nearby. All forms of restaurant in the community area were still closed and only opened for the public the day we left.

The pools were great and the property was very well kept. The proximity to the pristine uncrowded beach was appreciated.

I ordered a room with a balcony so that we could also spend time on it, we got a piece of space in the air suitable only for a smoker for a quick cigarette. we had paid for breakfast in advance, but we didn't even go for it the next day. it was not a buffet breakfast but a selection of food to order and no meat products like ham for example

Some mosquitoes found their way in and stayed with us without paying rent.

The experience was great since check in. The management was very accommodating and answered to all our questions and requests within a day. Th room service crew is friendly and attentive. Room size is just right for our group. AC is cold. Shower is hot. The small and practical kitchen allowed us to prepare meals when we didn't feel like eating out or waiting for delivery.

It has a step in front of the door, and sometimes we hit that sometimes. Maybe next time, try to stick a warning "mind your step", etc... they will need more buggy cars when they have more clients.

Far from the city, which we love so we can stay away from the noise. The mood and tone of the place definitely gave us a feeling of Zen and get rids of all the dirt of life. It's even like a place of meditation. It has a very distinct concept, staffs are super friendly and well-trained, professional. We're completely pleased with our stay.

If you like to share a place with cockroaches and other assorted critters, this is the place for you. The description and photos are very different from reality. We arrived at 18:00. The hotline was not answered, only found the place with luck. The ‘reception’ was a rickety table in an apartment. Not an inviting arrival at a “resort”. The photos give the impression of small villas or similar while actually the apartment (advertised as ground floor) was on the 5th floor of a 10 story building, next to a busy road. One can easily hear your neighbors conversations. The apartments are moldy smelling, the toilets sometimes worse with visible damage due to humidity. The restaurant does not have the “ayurvedic’ menu advertised. There are nearly no vegetarian choices – in a “Zen” resort. The morning meditation did not exist Some of the facilities like the spacious library do not exist or are closed The bar is deserted, not sure if evening drinks are served. Breakfast is overpriced, but as the ‘resort’ is in the middle of nowhere, you have no other choice. The espresso machine is out of use and the ‘juices’ are more like sugary water. Transportation service means a taxi is called. Billing the restaurant bills or spa bills to the room not possible. Everything requires cash or credit card payment. We had a giant cockroach in our bedroom. Reaction was not a “sorry”, “we will clean up immediately” or offering a different room. There was only the question “where” it was. Biting insects in our bed. The staff’s reaction was only to point out that insects are normal. The windows had no mosquito screens. On departure staff came to our apartment to count the items. One beach towel and one plastic key card were missing and they wanted to charge for that (+13US$ for a broken ceramic plate, 4 US$ for a key card). There is no professional hotel management. It seems that the management of a gated community decided to rent out a few empty rooms. The most disappointing holidays of our life

It is far away from market, tourist spots. But this is also why we enjoyed the stay, very quiet and calm.

All staff are so nice. The location is not closed to downtown, and that’s what we want. We went to the private beach, it was really beautiful.
