There is nothing I don't like. I will definitely stay here again when I come back.

Love that there is 24hr front desk service. My flights were delays after delays. I never had the experience where the doorman or bell boy would come out to the car and take my luggage for me to inside and to my room. They would open the door for me when I go or come back. They clean my room every day and they provide free bottles of water for me every day. Free breakfast was amazing. Food are differnt everyday. It's more like a real dinner meal than breakfast with lots of varieties and traditional selections.

A minor issue I had with our room is that there’s a portion of the bed where the springs noticeably squeak, so it may disturb light sleepers. Also, I think the shower curtain should already be replaced as it seems that mold might be starting to grow.

The location is superb, being within walking distance of Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Square. The room is spacious and clean, and the variety of food choices in the included breakfast is adequate. The most outstanding aspect of the property, however, is its staff. They anticipate the guest’s needs and serve with a consistent smile.

I love your staffs working in the hotel. I do not know why, I did not sleep well for the 2 nights. Maybe it is personal reason. But also I can hear the next room noise in the room. your aircon some times take a long time to cool. all in all, I am happy about most of the things. thank you

Communication a little slow on booking.com. Bit uncomfortable with the tipping culture. Uncertain if we should be tipping the staff but felt bad if we didn't.

Stayed on the 11th floor jist below the restaurant. I could hear the staff preparing breakfast at 5am. Had to ask for packed breakfast for 2 days as we needed to go out early. The hotel could only give us hard boiled eggs and cold cut sandwiches which was prepared the night before and out in the fridge.

Great location in D1, walking distance to attractions and food. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Nothing but there could be some improvement with the varieties of food for breakfast buffet.

The property was a great choice! - located in the heart of HCMC, close to Ben Than Market, War Remnants Museum, etc. - great staff, especially Louis of buffet breakfast at 12th floor - bell boys were very welcoming and helpful - clean and luxurious scent - provided complete toiletries - comfy bed / spacious room (Premium Family with View)

I could not get the bedside lamp to switch on, but this was a very minor issue.

Excellent location - easy to walk to tourist sites in District 1. Room was clean and in accord with pictures. I chose to stay in a Superior Queen Room with no window. The room was quiet except for very occassional noise from other guests in the corridor. It was the only hotel in Vietnam where I did not need ear plugs. The buffet breakfast mostly catered to Asian tastes, but there were still enough vegetarian options for me (toast, cereal, fruits, eggs cooked to order). I was able to leave my suitcase at the hotel after I checked out.

The bathroom ceiling was leaking water when guest upstairs was taking a shower. I reported it and the hotel staff transferred me to another nicer room
