Somethings has changed and we were not notified beforehand. This was rather inconvenient for us those who have been there before. To many things to count but I am sure not eager to return anytime soon.

Shower not functional. Water took too long to warm up, no shower head but an unfriendly water mechanism, the towel railing was falling off

Oh the food was not the best, the dinner especially even the dessert was not good at all. Major improvement needed on the food.

The staff downgraded us to a lower room because they said there was a TV stolen from the room and the SAPS was still conducting their investigation. I was not told this on the Thursday evening I called and made my booking for the Saturday.

We enjoyed the facilities, the location and some of the activities, such as karaoke, the spa and the horse riding.

Meals lacked variety and finesse

No possibility to arrange transport to Sani Pass (unless you register for a full.day tour to Lesotho).

The Valley is beautiful, and the dining room and some.rooms have beautiful views. Staff was very nice, agreed to change us to a room where the noire of the kitchen chimney could not be heard. Good breakfast.

We wanted to use their spa, which meant a later checkout. Was told we could get 30 mins extended checkout or pay... even though the room was not booked for check-in that day, according to the team on duty.

Patio walkways on the suites section, cleaning can improve, it was a bit ditty, with visible blood stains on the staircase probably from the animals.

Two nights is never enough for Sani pass, trail walk was amazing.

Breakfast was very nice. I was disappointed with the dinner and bought outside food for Saturdays dinner.

Our room didn't have a bar fridge and a place that sometimes has a weather of -5°, electric blankets should be a requirement in the rooms.

The staff is very friendly, the food is freshly prepared and the rooms were clean and had enough space. The staff at the spa really are professionals, and the guy from Khotso Horse Trails, what a professional, never rode a horse before, but he made the experience quite memorable.

The buffet for the price per person was not worth it. The pasta salad tasted off. There are no roast options for those not eating pork. The chicken curry was terrible. Watery and tasteless. Pizzas were good. Custard was cold for Malva. I walked in, and the lady at the front desk told me no tables were available. If u have guests, staying over tables should be made available. This whole supper was a disaster for the price paid for 4 x people

Location, cleanliness, the heater in the room was great. Bathroom and extra towels. Staff was good. Pools and other facilities. The waterfall was amazing.
